Hotel Sagunto

Bad

I was not able to sleep almost whole night, people in the nearby room listening to music, singing and talking loudly whole night. I have contacted the hotel but nothing has been done. I came to get some rest and I am living exhausted instead. Very bad experience

Had to self book in Which took a bit of time after having done it online already so did not see any staff but they were helpful on the phone

I liked everything, the kindness of the people, the cleanliness of the room, and the common areas, and the location.

The rooms are spacious and clean. A little older and not fancy. There is a direct USB plug in to charge phones. Lots of food choices close. A great place to stay if you are on a budget. Very close to the Buses and the train station. Be aware that Taxi service is not easy to get in Sagunto. The hotel has a very easy to use automated check in and check out.

Taxi Service in Segunto is awful.

Sandra is very friendly and helpful. S/he sent someone to assist us because we check in outside the in-person time and missed the message of self check-in instruction. We stayed in large double rooms which are spacious and comfortable, with a leisurely balcony.

A mini fridge in the room would we nice.

It was easy to find

The bed was not comfortable, mosquitos everywhere.

We were not aware the hotel was self service check in and there was about 8 people trying to check

The self check-in procedure was easy and well organized, which allows guest to arrive at ease without rushing. Free parking spot just close by and city center at a few minutes walk.

Nice, cheap and effective hotel, good system for checking in when no staff was present. Very clean and tidy, nice bathroom. Also very cheap.

The location of the hotel is next to the train station and convenient for exploring the old town. Nice and friendly staff. The room is clean and basic, with very good shower water. Good WiFi.

Sparse furnishings. Worn out mattress. There was no desk (unless you count a small "tablesque" item needed to put your suitcase on. No Chairs ( unless you count a low, four legged stool-like item under the bed lamp that had barious paper and the a/c control laying on it, clearly turning it into the room's nightstand.The killer complaint though is that there was NO HOT WATER! None! Not even luke-warm. The option were cold, and less-cold. And don't even ask about contacting the front desk. This hotel is setup to be un-staffed- you enter your reservation number into s device outside the front door, to have your room key dispensed.I could have forgiven the less than sparse furniture, and the tiny dimensions of the room.But the lack of hot water is unforgivable!!!

Really nice apartment for my daughter and myself. There was plenty of room and a very good kitchen with all you need. I would definitely stay here again.

Parking is very hit and miss. I was lucky to arrive just as someone was leaving their space on the main road.

Could not gain entry to hotel key pad would not accept any codes.stood outside till owner came.Other families had same problem, Also address on confirmation letter wrong so couldn't satnav to hotel .?had to ask directions

Spacious. Clean. Good airco. Excellent shower.
