Amazing view!!! Breakfast and service is excellent!

The deck space with the table chairs and lounge chairs was absolutely fabulous way to start and end our day. Breakfast was very good and the over all historic feel and charm was wonderful.

This was our first time to Taormina and we loved our visit. We needed a rental car to reach the property but then walking was the best way around yet we had to walk alongside of the busy fast traffic on the narrow curving hillside roads. I believe that there was a beach shuttle but a shuttle to the center for evening dinner hours would have been very helpful.

We watched the valet scratch our car, initially he did not acknowledge it. And then we never got a response from the property. We paid $100 for these services. Do not trust them.

Walls are extremely thin and they did not provide earplugs. Both nights I had trouble sleeping

This hotel faces the sea and has a lovely view. The breakfast offers both hot and cold items and all are delicious. The pastry offerings are exceptional. The room was comfortable. The city center is a short walk but you must be able to climb stairs to get there.

The only downside was the room smelled a little musty and was a bit stuffy without the patio doors opened.

The view was wonderful, breakfast was full of delicious choices and the setting of the hotel and gardens lovely.Staff were very helpful with our luggage, and giving us local information

Our room was quite small but adequate. Electric jug had to be plugged in under the bedside table to work effectively

Gorgeous traditional style hotel, well situated near the towncentre, with views of Mount Etna. Staff very helpful with parking, and a lovely friendly team. Breakfast was wonderful, wish we could have stayed longer.

The room had its own shared balcony space which made watching the sunrise amazing, breakfast included every day! The food was awesome and hit the spot before we went out for the day.

The only tricky thing was the driveway/parking. If ya rent a car just park at the top and ask their staff to assist!

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful setting. A little old fashioned in the nicest possible way—not quite luxurious but very clean and comfortable, with friendly staff. Great loggia and terraces with stunning views of the coast and volcano. Excellent breakfast, and casual food available all day at the bar. Good restaurants in 5 mins walk, town center in 20 mins. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Nothing really—only a detail, that the front office might tone down the aromatherapy—seemed a little strong.

View from the balcony was wonderful could see the sea and Mt Etna. Hotel location is just a little under the main tourist town and an easy/moderate walk up steps not too far. The town has many restaurants, we dined at Mama Rosa it was excellent. Hotel breakfast was a very complete Italian breakfast; selections for everyone’s tastes. Should have stayed here more than one night

The breakfast and setting were exceptional. The staff recommended a place to dine within easy walking distance and called to set up reservations. We only wish we could have stayed longer.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was kind and accommodating. Our room was clean and lovely, and we had a deck overlooking the sea in the distance. The breakfast was exceptional, and we enjoyed every delicious treat prepared for us. Unfortunately we were in Taormina for only one night, and the weather began to storm as we left for our excursion.We ended up getting drenched, and as we got close to our excursion, we gave up and went back to the hotel. It was a bummer but 100%, it had nothing to do with the hotel. Also. I should mention that the ability to park our car was a huge plus. If we go to Taormina again we will stay at Bel Soggiorno. Grazie.

Really nothing. It might have been nice to have some restaurants or food take away places in the area because we were hindered by the rain.

This hotel is on a bluff about 100 feet over the Med sea and the view from breakfast was one of the best breakfast locations of any hotel I have ever stayed in

The front desk staff and breakfast staff were excellent. The view from the hotel was amazing. About a 10 minute walk up to the town for dinner which was fine. Parking on site which was a plus. The rooms needed a little sprucing up, but were comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay here.

The rooms could have had a few more modern updates.

Most beautiful hotel. Excellent breakfast. Our room was on top floor with great views, large balcony with two lounge chairs & table with chairs. Staff was very helpful. We communicated our next day's schedule and they parked our car to make it easier for us to leave every day. Taormina is difficult to navigate through.

There is nothing not to like about this property.
