Atlantis Bay - The Leading Hotels of the World

Everything about this hotel was perfect. The view was gorgeous- each room had an epic view. The whole atmosphere was inviting the comfortable seats throughout the hotel. The staff was impeccable- kind and generous remembering my food allergies.

The location, pool and waterfront access was the main reason we were drawn to this property. The breakfast was great.

Property is a bit dated. It was not to my expectations for paying $1300 a night during peak season. I would expect to have champagne or a welcome drink upon arrival. Our room wasn¿t ready at check in time. Wasn¿t worth the money I spent.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive. They were very helpful to give us guidance around the town and connect us with the right people.

The rooms did not have heat and because of global warming, climate is changing in an area that never needed it during this time of the year.

The friendliness of the staff, and the food was the best part of this hotel.

2 out of 3 concierge appts. did not happen. Taxis did not arrive and reservation at their own restaurant was not completed.

The Nui food is mostly very good, yet very expensive and in some cases you get dishes with great ingredients and not really working together.

Very pricey, but given the location makes sense. I assumed there would be a bath in the junior suite or any other room at that price.

They charged us for things we didn't actually purchase, so just be sure you review your bill before paying!

The hotel sometimes hosts conferences and events, including outdoor parties with loud music blasting over speakers - not ideal for a relaxing seaside getaway.

The food, the room, the view, the service was impeccable. Everything was great, the only downside was that we stayed only for one night. Everyone is very kind and friendly. Even though the hotel is beachfront and in Mazaro, you can take the cable car to Taormina (nice view), at a 5 minute walk from hotel.

Location was perfect. It was far enough from town to feel relaxing and private but near enough to walk in. The view from our balcony was prefect.

The breakfast we had was quite simple and rustic. Could have been a little more elegant and attention to detail.

The hotel overlooks a beautiful bay surrounded by mountains The hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful The breakfast had a range of food and you are able to order omelettes, pancakes or crepes fresh.

The walls are very thin so could be noisy at times

Lovely hotel built into the cliffs in a very imaginative way.Lovely staff (all of them) Good location by the sea and close to the cable car.

We had a nice suite with lots of space, but the bathroom floor was incredibly slippery when even a little wet. The lovely large balcony only had an hour of sun early morning. (I know it’s not the fault of the hotel).

The hotel is beautiful, design is nice, sea is pleasant but…

Service in the restaurant is very, very slow and there is a train going every 10 mins right next to the hotel
