- Front desk was very helpful. Had a beautiful view and comfy bed and very clean upon arrival. Would definitely stay here again.
- Location and view from the room.
- Extremely helpful staff, clean
Cons -
- Nothing!
- Extremely bad smell in the room and sometimes around the property as well (stairs and hallways). When I checked in, the room had a strong detergent smell and very low-temperature AC (even for US standards), probably a way the staff was trying to cover the smell and avoid any initial complaints. The day after, once I complained, while front desk tried to help, the overall customer service was very poor. Upon check out, I was not even asked how my stay had been. This is not what hospitality means. Considering the price of the room with seaview, the overall ratio price vs quality is really low for this property.
- ⭐ 1-star stay – unacceptable service for an expensive hotelUnfortunately, our stay at this hotel in Taormina was extremely disappointing and easily one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had, especially given the price point. For almost the entire stay, there was no hot water. Despite repeated notifications to the staff, the issue was not properly resolved. Maintenance came once and spent nearly an hour attempting to fix the problem, which caused us to almost miss an important lunch reservation at the Four Seasons. During this attempt, they made a mess in the room, and in the end, the hot water issue remained largely unresolved. What was most frustrating was not just the technical failure, but the complete lack of ownership and empathy from management. There was no meaningful attempt to accommodate us, no compensation offered, and very little willingness to even listen to our concerns. We were left feeling dismissed and ignored. This hotel was significantly more expensive than another hotel we stayed at later in Mondello, where the service was exceptional, which made the contrast even more striking. For a hotel charging premium rates, this level of service is simply unacceptable.Based on our experience, this is a one-star hotel at best, purely due to the poor service and lack of accountability. We would not return and would not recommend it to anyone expecting comfort, responsiveness, or professionalism.

Extremely helpful staff, clean
Patient kept my not included as booked, room didn’t look anything like the picture, Loud traffic, noises rooms, could hear other guests. We upgraded, the additional bed was a sofa bed in living room.
It was clean well equipped
In booking it was written that ther is perking and fast WiFi. Which was not. Ther is no parking and the WiFi is very wicked and mostly do not work. The hotel is literally on the main road and very noisy
Room design was very nice, sea view from the room was beautiful.
Its advertised free parking, which was not the case - 30 euros per day.
Great location. Easy walk to all the shops and restaurants of Taormina and to the cable car down to the beach. So glad we were not down at the beach. Beaches were nice but we did more up in the town. Make Taormina your base. Definitely hike Mount Etna. Check out Alcantara Gorge. Vini Gambino is the winery you should tour and do the tasting.
Parking was difficult. You had to get lucky to get a spot right by the hotel. The second choice parking lot was good but a bit of a walk up a hill to get to hotel.
Air conditioning in the room and proximity to Taormina's centre.Staff attitude was excellent. Check-in was great. Views from the hotel across the Ionian sea were outstanding, as were the view of Mt Etna.
We traveled by car and found that driving to the hotel up the narrow roads and parking was difficult. The hotel entrance was on a busy uphill road that the local bikes and buses treated like a MotoGP track. Offloading heavy bags from the car in those conditions was challenging.Call ahead and try to prebook parking. There is a nearby car park building and it is potluck whether you get a spot or not.
Crew kind, location and view incredible

Great location! Clean and spacious.
Very noisy from the street, definitely overpriced (500 euro per night for a a living room and a bedroom without window). No facilities in the hotel and minimal breakfast. One of the bathrooms was so narrow that you had to step over the bidet to reach the toilet. The vent was just a hole in the wall that you would hear what people talk on the street through it.Although it was acceptable, I am only highlighting the fact that its not a 4 star 500 euro place.
Parking. Really pleasant and helpful staff. Good breakfast.
Friendly staff, great breakfast, good proximity to the main centre, very clean and the rooms were nice
We picked this hotel die to the reviews and we’re really looking forward to our stay. We were booked in for 3 nights, they put us in a room which was next to the major road going into the centre, it was approx 1 foot off the road and uphill so when the vehicles and motorbikes accelerated it vibrated through the room. The EXTREME noise was beyond awful for 2 nights we got no sleep and could not sit in the garden patio.at all. We went the next morning and asked for another room because they were full we couldn’t until the 3rd night which was much better. The wifi did not work in the first room so no sleep and no wifi. Suit #2 should not be considered as a room to stay in for any time. For the money we paid it was very disappointing.
Clean ,friendly staff , close to Main Street
Extremely noisy , patio unusable due to the loud noise of traffic that went for most of the day / evening Parking was terrible and poor directions were given to locate the building Price point - very expensive given these concerns
Perfect location close to cable car station, bus terminal and everything, friendly staff at the front desk
The towels were old and thin which doesn’t match 4 star hotels
Close to town Center and bus terminal. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great food with a good selection and panoramic views from roof top terrace.
Laundry service not certain
The hotel is on top location. We had sea view with beautiful sunrise. Near is cable car and city center Taormina, you can go by walking, 3 min. Room was clean and large for 4 people, 2 balconies. Comfortable bed and pillows. The road is bellow the hotel. It was a little bit disturbing, but owerall it is a very good hotel. Parking is a few meters from hotel, 15eur/day.
Near center and parking.
Laud from streat.
Great location & nice balcony.
We had an issue with the drains in the bathroom. Bad smell, however the staff were very accommodating & changed our room to an upgrade
Great view from the lobby and breakfast room. Hotel location is on the main road, so it was too noisy and we could hear the cars all night. Not good sound isolation. The rooms at -1 and -2 are almost at the road level and are dusty and very noisy. Overpriced for what you receive as service. For 4 star hotel - no complement bottle of water and no indoor slippers.
The room was spotless and a good size
Sound insulation outside was excellent, however with the next door room is poor, you could hear bodily functions in the bathroom next door. I also did not realize when purchasing the room that the hotel is in a hairpin bend of the main road going into town, so sitting in the balcony/terrace was not much fun.
