Friendly, helpful staff. But we also loved the pool and beach, the free shuttle up to Taormina, and the convenient parking setup.

You can hear everything from inside your room. I would have liked more shuttle bus times mid day.

Location, scenery, friendly staff, spacious and never a problem getting a spot at beach or pool. Unique nooks to relax and lounge. Food excellent.

Tub shower(vs a walk in shower) , rooms could use a refresh but still worth it for the stunning location and unique pool and beach! All common areas had updated furniture. AC worked well in room.

Beautiful view. Very friendly and helpful staff. Free shuttle to town made it easier for us retired folks. Parking garage on site was perfect.

The Pool and Beach are stunning. That was the main draw for us staying there. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating, from the bellman, front desk, breakfast staff, housekeeping and pool/beach lifeguards.

The rooms are a bit dated, but clean and spacious. Wish the shower had a shower head and not one of the wands.

This property was built in the 1970s and you can sure tell- Everything about it is just outdated. The private beach was very rough and closed when we went. Also the sun only shines on the beach until noon then you’re sitting in the cool shade. The elevators are very slow and only 2 of them go to the beach/pool area so be prepared to wait in the morning for one. The air conditioner barely works and is covered in black mold. The food here is outrageously priced and just awful- it reminded me of bad wedding hall food. The shuttle to Taormina does not run often and only fits 15 guests so we had to book $20 taxi rides each way multiple times. This place really feels like a tourist trap rip off. We will never stay here again.

Very Clean, comfortable. Beautiful so peaceful overlooking the ocean absolutely gorgeous ! Breathtaking scenery wish we stayed longer. spectacular breakfast. Entire staff was friendly, provided great service as well as shuttle buses to and from Taormina village to enjoying the Restaurants, churches and shops was Fantastic. We loved our stay and are so looking forward to returning back ??

The pictures are completely accurate and exactly what you get when you stay at this luxury hotel. I loved the private balcony and pool views! Such a wonderful place to stay and only a short shuttle ride to the heart of Taormina!

Everything about the property was beautiful! The location right on the water, the infinity pool over looking the ocean, the restaurants overlooking the ocean and our ocean view room was spacious with a large balcony. We loved it here and wished we could have stayed longer.

The property is amazing. The beach and pool felt very private. The breakfast and restaurant was also of good value. They offer a free shuttle to the city center but said spots were limited. It was about a $30 uber to the city center.
