Motorized retractable ceiling in the room, the view, the proximity to everything

The view from this hotel was stunning. Make sure to pay the extra to view the sea and Mt. Etna. The complimentary breakfast on the top floor was the way to start your day. The location made it easy to see the sites. The hotel staff was helpful and friend.

Our room with a view of the bay and Mt. Etna was great. Large enough to be very comfortable. Nice size bathroom. The breakfasts were wonderful and the restaurant staff very helpful. The front desk staff was also helpful.

A bit more parking would have been nice, or at least ability to reserve one of the 3 spots. But I understand the limitations...

The location was excelent!! We walked to the main street and enjoyed the pasegiatta ( walking )the view from everywhere was amazing , and they gave us an upgrade a beatifull room with balcony and an astonish view

LOCATION AND VIEW FROM THE ROOM.

We had a fantastic view of Mt Etna and the bay with windows on two sides. It was truly amazing to wake up to the beautiful light each morning and watch the boats in the water.

We traveled with my husband and three kids from New York City and loved everything. If I had to pick one really small thing is that the bathroom in the room I shared with the girls was a bit small but the room my husband shared with our son had a great bathroom. That said, the views we had were just stunning.

From the beginning this was a lovely stay. The staff is very helpful, the breakfast high quality and the location centrally located near excellent restaurants. The breakfast is offered in a lounge on the top floor that offers an breathtaking view of the sea and Mount Etna.

There walk to the center of town is uphill, but well worth it.

The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The location is great to walk around the town. The included breakfast was very nice. View was amazing.

Right next to a road so a little noisy in our room. We were right on the corner so not sure if other rooms were quieter or not. A little bit of an older property, time for a redo.

The view from our room and balcony was so beautiful. We could see mount Etna and the sea. The location was superb. We could walk everywhere. We even walked to and back from Castelmola. Great views of Taormina all the way.Restaurants were plenty near by and really good.This November was unusually warm. I like to sleep in cool air, but the a/c was already switched to heat. The staff was very sweet and put a standing fan into our room.The shower was great with awesome water pressure. The lighting in the bathroom was okay.The staff were wonderful!Breakfast room was on the 6th floor with amazing views. You could choose to sit inside or outside. The food was okay.In the evening the rooftop became a wonderful bar with a great atmosphere. Delicious drinks, good music and wonderful staff. The bar food was delicious. A perfect place to end a busy day of discovering Taormina.

The pillows were too firm for our taste. We wish, 2 of the four pillows were softer. Breakfast could have been better.

The staff was extremely friedly and attentive from the moment we arrived. Roof top bar was a great addition. The Location was perfect.

It was a bit noisey with contruction happenning near by. The Tennis courts were right outside of our window.

On our last night, the air conditioning didn’t turn on.

Charm, view, location, comfort, staff, parking valet, fantastic rooftop breakfast room and offerings. We first stayed here with friends in 2008 and were happy to re-visit with our family.

Views of the sea, Mt Etna, location, room, 6th floor sunset viewing bar, all the staff were wonderful, welcoming & helpful,

Everything was great!

The hotel is perfectly located between the two sides of Taormina so access to everything is terrific...for Taormina! Driving in this town is something other worldly but the town itself and the hotel are charming. Rooms are great and the breakfast is wonderful on the 6th floor with a rooftop terrace. Staff is very welcoming and always out to please the guests. Valet parking is great and a must!

The beach is far below the town but we weren't that for the beach so it was no issue for us.

Great view of mount Etna from room’s balcony and from breakfast area. Breakfast choices are plentiful and tasty. Centrally located close to all,- gardens, shopping, beach a quick cable car ride away. Staff was polite, knowledgeable and helpful with recommendations and arrangements. Valley parking convenient and quick. One of the highlights of this trip.

Great location! We left the car for 2 days in parking and did all the visit by walking. We took the superior rooms and they were large and great.Breakfast was also superb. And the view from the rooftop restaurant, wow!
