Excellent location, beautiful property, stunning views, however it's the very helpful and friendly staff that made the stay extra special.

Offered a non alcoholic welcome drink on arrival, feels a little lacking in generosity, a glass of wine/beer or house special cocktail would have been more welcoming.

It was amazing! The hotel is fabulous, within walking distance from the center of Taormina. The surroundings are beautiful, the beds are extremely comfortable, and the bed sheets simply the best!You must try St. George Restaurant by Heinz Beck, the only 2-Michelin-starred restaurant in Taormina! What an experience! Each dish was carefully created and the flavors were just wow!And the staff — the staff makes it all! Thank you to all the personnel for the care you offer to each guest, for the smiles, and for your professionalism. Diana, you have my heart!Thank you for making our 10th wedding anniversary an unforgettable experience!

Location of the property a bit far away from the crowds. Very attentive staff. Two stars restaurant in house.

Servire at the pool restaurant was a bit slow.

The location is just steps from the main shopping/dining street in Taormina. The rooftop glass enclosed dining room is to die for. Staff was exceptional, friendly and went out of their way to make sure every need was met. Valentina in the dining room was a standout.

The pool could use a scrub. Some algae on the tile...didn't expect that from such a beautiful, five-star property.

Staff, the room, breakfast, hospitality were all 10/10 would be enthusiastic to return to the hotel in the future.

The parking for our car cost €50 per night would have been appreciated if as a guest of the hotel they could have found a way for it to be cheaper I felt like this was very expensive.

Heinz Beck restaurant was outstanding

Room right by main gate suffered from noise from traffic entering and bottles being disposed of overnight.

The hotel scenery was beautiful. It was very convenient to walk to the Taormina city center.

Room service options were almost non existent at arojnd 1am. The only option available was a preprepared ham and cheese toast, and when we asked if we could remove the ham we were told no.

The hotel was absolutely gorgeous. Its a stunning property in a brilliant position. The staff were exceptional and couldnt do enough both at reception and in the restaurants.

We really loved the hotel, but it would be great if they created an a la carte restaurant on the roof terrace for the evenings.

Loved everything!! Breakfast was perfect, made fresh and to order as well as some items on the buffet. Staff were so lovely!! Really made you feel welcome and remembered you as it is only a small boutique hotel. Perfect number of beds by the pool also.

Nothing! If i had one minor comment it would be that the pool tiles need fixing.

Breakfast is very good especially if you order one of the custom options at no cost, view from the Infinity pool North along the coast towards Messina was spectacular, staff was courteous and helpful, bed and bed linen were very very good,

We had flooding in the bathroom after every shower due to a glass door seal which took two days to get repaired but with towels it was really no inconvenience, just annoying. The air conditioner shut off one night apparently because we forgot to fully close the patio door.... A cool system but it wasn't cool by 6:00 in the morning. ? We were leaving early and I wanted to pay my bill the night before but their system did not allow it. No big deal but just curious. My wife was surprised there was no spa.

Perfect location, walk to the city center. Staff was excellent and very accommodating. View from the pool and grounds was spectacular overlooking the water. Although we did not have an ocean view our room had a large patio overlooking the grounds.Cannot wait to go back.

No USB charging points in the room. Only one standard type A (European) plug in the room. 2 people with multiple devices and only only one plug was annoying.

Position , it’s close to the Main Street

Room small , not clean well. Under the bathroom sink I found a apricot kernel and for the whole time ( 3 days) the housekeeper didn’t remove, it means they don’t clean the room.It’s ridiculous that in 5 starts hotel I need to ring the bell to come inside the property, it must be a doorman 24 h . The terrace it’s only open for breakfast and the servers are very slow and unprofessional.Pool too small.Gym center it’s ashamed, it has 3 equipment.Very expensive hotel , they don’t give the service .

Staff was excellent. Very attentive to every little detail. Turn down service was special. Location is perfect. The grounds and view were amazing. Breakfast was excellent

Liked everything. If I had to find something, a few small tile repairs in the pool but nothing significant.
