The location is excellent. All sites and activities for Taormina are within a 2-5 minute walk.

No acces code when we arrived. We were locked out until we contacted the emergency number. The room was dated and dirty. The bathroom sink was clogged, the shower head leaked, the entry doors to the shower and bathroom were broken. The A/C did not work.

Bathroom was old, shower was very small. Too many stairs(60 up & 60 down) and elevator was in disrepair. Asked for a room on 1st or 2nd floor-only if we paid more $$. Only 2 hangers for our clothes, supplied us with more but only the ones that don’t hang without the chrome round part attached to the pole. Eventually gave us regular hangers-last day.

Lack of facility and space, elevator was also broken . Sink was also clogged and maintenance staff had to be called to fix it . There was no tea and coffee ( hot water) was available I room neither.

The staff at this hotel make the place. So lovely and helpful and intuitive. Really really couldn't do enough and always there when we neeed anything. The location is excellent, just steps from Corso Umberto! Breakfast was decent, if basic.

Our room (superior with balcony) was VERY SMALL. Barely space on either side of the bed. And the main problem is there is no storage. Just one rail with 3 hangers. So we were living out of our suitcases the whole time. The other issue was that the a/c wasn't switched on for the season, so we had to sleep with the door to the balcony open. This leads onto a very noisy restaurant with smoke wafting up. Then at 5am the bottles were being dragged all over the place by the bin men. All they need to do is make the air work so that we can sleep with the door shut. The noise was a big issue.

The staff were very kind and extremely helpful. Unfortunately during our stay the lift was broken and being on the 3 rd floor after a day of continuous walking and climbing up and down steps, it was the last thing we wanted to do on our return, so disappointing that it still was not fixed when we left.

This was NICE! The view from the roof is incredible, perfect for some sunset aperols. Breakfast was included and had a great spread, the courtyard is also adorable. Staff were very helpful and present. Room felt very luxurious for the price !!

Shame the bar was closed when we were there (October) but fair enough as it was off peak. Pool was a bit dirty so didn’t swim.

The staff there was wery helpfull and friendly! Always smiling and offering to give guidence and good service. The view from the balcony was very nice.

The facilities was a bit worn down and the shower could do with a make over and a propper clean down. Maybe it was the "end of season wear and tear"

Aircon unit did not work even with the windows closed and it blew warm air.

Location was fantastic and the facilities are much more spacious than we expected! All staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help with anything we needed.

The staff is extremely helpful and the location is perfect - easy to get there and is in the middle of the local life.

The elevator doesn’t work.

Communication was good, staff efficient although breakfast waitress seemed a little overworked. Room clean and comfortable, serviced each day but discreet. The receptionist arranged our airport transfer - really helpful. Towels provided to use by the pool. the lift was broken.

Paying for water. Nowhere to sit and have a drink/coffee in the evening - it seemed like that area was closed off.

Breakfast was excellent and the staff were incredible I really felt like the staff really wanted to make you happy.i liked the location just steps to the Main Street

Disappointing end to our stay in Sicily.

This property does not warrant its rating. The room we were allocated was in bad repair and the shower was very dirty with mould. After complaining, we were moved to another room which was adequate but again the shower needed updating. Unless you were first down to breakfast most things had gone and were not replenished. There is no restaurant at this hotel. The instructions for dropping bags off are incorrect. The back entrance is located on a very narrow one way street. It should be advised not to drive down at all.

Josephine and Vincenzo were both extremely lovely and helpful. The location of the hotel was brilliant.

The elevator broke down the day we arrived and it was not fixed for the entire week, even though we were told it would be. The hotel facilities and breakfast are extremely basic. Very expensive for the facilities offered.

The staff was incredible!!! They made us feel like family. The always had a smile on their faces. The hotel was filled with laughter. Giusy and Vincenzo were absolutely fantastic ? we cannot wait to come back.We will miss you all,LoveJason & Antonietta
