the front desk was absolutely amazing. Gabriel at the rooftop bar was also a highlight of the wonderful staff here.

Great staff that were so helpful and breakfast was wonderful. Also the location was perfect.

The private beach was not clean and nobody there to offer refreshments

NEVER STAYED ARRIVED AND WAS TOLD MY ROOM WAS A DOUBLE- Property approved my written request made in August for 1 king and 1 single bed. WOULD NOT CANCEL MY RESERVATION UPON ARRIVAL, but told me 2 COULD STAY AND 2 had to go look for another hotel.

The desk clerk said “you can call Booking.com and try to get a refund”And laughed knowing full well Booking would not refund me. CALLED BOOKING.COM AND THEY TOLD ME IT IS AT THE DISCRIMINATION OF THE PROPERTY.

Great view from the bar/breakfast area, perfect to watch the sunset and sip a spritz. A very easy walk to the cable car and to the beach, plus many restaurants just outside. Easy to park our motorcycle. We tried a couple of hotels nearby in a similar price range and this was by far our favorite.

The standard room was beautiful, spacious, and clean and had a beautiful view of the beach.The staff was very friendly and helpful.The breakfast room/lounge is on the 4th floor and has breathtaking views.The breakfast food selection was very good!The bed was very comfortable, which is rare in hotels.The Internet access/speed was great.

It was very difficult to find something negative to report. I have two suggestions:1) Clean the facade of the hotel. The "Panoramic Hotel" sign has rust stains from the rain gutters.2) Extend the breakfast start time to 7:00am. A lot of the day tours start early and 7:30am for breakfast is too late.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Our bartender on the pool deck was above fantastic. His name was Gabrielle.

Incredible views from the room balcony. Friendly staff, helpful with parking. Breakfast and pool areas are gorgeous and look over the water.

Bathroom was a bit dated.

Location was perfect and the staff were lovely- they went over and above with a special shout out to Gabriele for his warmth, welcoming and attention to detail.

Beautiful view, super clean, full breakfast with both indulgent sweets but also fresh fruits, unsweetened yogurts, plenty of vegeys

Well Taormina is heavily touristed and street outside our window was no exception. Not the hotels fault that there was noise but mostly minimized by good doors and curtains

Location is perfect , close to ISO Bella beach.The little extras like cookies on arrival , a beach bag with slippers. I would definitely say here again

It was very quiet even though we were the first floor overlooking the street and water.

The balcony and view are unparalleled

Long hike up to the center or pricey cab ride.

It was a great location with beautiful views especially from the pool. We enjoyed being a short walk to the sky tram for quick rides up into town. Spacious room and delicious breakfast. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Very close to the road however adequate noise proof slider and that seemed to be how things are built.

The only minor inconvenience was the showers didn’t drain super well. But that just might be an Italy thing from what I’ve seen in other hotels.

I liked everything

It was perfect for our needs. Clean and cozy. We loved the view from our balcony and the pool area.Great breakfast and very comfortable bed.Gabrielle, the bartender from the pool area, was very nice and he prepares great cocktails. All hotel staff were very attentive and helpful.
