Hotel Villa Taormina

Exceptional

Had a few problems with the shower. Could not get the overhead shower to work, and the hand held was mounted so low that it just hit me in the face; causing water to go all over. If mounted higher it could have been used as a shower at least.

The property was very intimate and comfortable. The location was fantastic & the staff (Antonino) was so helpful! All of the staff were attentive and friendly.

There were just two things that stood out to me that could be addressed. The location of our room was directly under the pool roof top bar. There was a noise issue past 11 pmthe first night that was unfortunate. The next evening it was not an issue :) The other thing I noticed were the condition of the bath towels. They seemed very old and need to be replaced. They were somewhat tattered with threads hanging off the edges. They were thin & worn. For such a nice hotel the towels should be very nice & luxurious.

Excellent location — just steps from the main shopping street, yet wonderfully quiet and intimate. Our room was beautifully designed, with great amenities and thoughtful touches. The staff were exceptionally warm and helpful throughout our stay. We especially appreciated their assistance with parking — they met us at a designated spot and escorted us to the hotel, sparing us the stress of navigating the narrow streets on our own. Breakfast was a highlight: absolutely delicious, featuring high-quality products and homemade cakes, kindly presented by the hotel manager. A truly memorable experience — highly recommended!

Nothing! Loved it all!

We liked the central location, which was very close to the main street, and the hotel had the best bed and pillows of all the hotels I've visited. The room was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast. The hotel is not very accessible by car, due its historical location; however, the valet service was great.

Everything about this properly exceeded our expectations, beautiful accommodation and excellent location to Main Street for restaurants and shopping , wonderful friendly staff , a credit to Villa Taormina

Beautiful hotel, in a perfect location.Absolutely wonderful hotel service and staff.Hotel Villa Taormina was the perfect start to our Sicily holiday. Only regret was we wished we’d stayed three nights instead of two.

This is a fabulous hotel. Great location. All staff incredibly friendly and helpful - I was made to feel really welcome. Lovely breakfast. Quiet, comfortable room - spotlessly clean.

The room a bit too small.

The staff were very courteous and friendly. All the sightseeing info from them were very precise & helpful. The breakfast was AWESOME with lot of local dishes and so delicious with an excellent view of the sea.

Dinner was so-so. May be due to lack of staff on that particular day. We wanted to have it the roof top, but were guided to the breakast place. We ordered some light food and were shocked to see that the pasta was frozen here & there. We didn't expect frozen food to be served and probably that day they didn't defrost it well...

Sunroof deck with the swinging chairs were amazing. Also, they did a good job with breakfast changing it up everyday. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous!!

The bed could have been more comfortable as well as having an A/C that worked during our stay. But I am sure they are gonna correct these two issues.

I loved everything about this boutique hotel. The staff were amazing throughout our stay and went out of their way to make sure all was good. The location is perfect. The room was a good size, clean and very comfortable bed. The breakfast was amazing with lots of variety and a large selection of local made dishes. They made eggs to order too. They have a baker that made different items each day. The pistachio cheesecake was to die for.

This was a wonderful hotel with amazing staff that made us feel very welcome and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, the hidden garden delightful with a lovely little pool. We loved every minute of our stay here.

Best breakfast we had in Italy. Awesome view of Mt Edna. Beautiful property immaculate and a pleasure to stay in. Staff was wonderful. Nico was welcoming, friendly, and helpful with all questions about the area. Location was great with easy walking access to town.

The breakfast was great with lots of choices. The location was perfect to take in the shopping, restaurants and site seeing walking the city. The assistance received from the staff- from booking tours and recommending restaurants, to assisting in getting us parked in with an especially warm welcome was so appreciated.

A little hard to find in the dark, lol. Staff was attentive and got word we were wandering around looking for the hotel and welcomed us as we were making our way back.
