We stayed here as a last minute booking as passports were stolenHotel was lovely when you went in but rooms were sorely needing updated Food was nice and staff very helpful

The rooms could be doing with getting updated not very nice rooms at all.

Hotel was lovely when you walked into reception, but rooms were really in need off a make over.Walls were badly needing painting no wardrobe doors,Bathrooms need a good paint and tiles done Balconies need a good paint .1 room we had was smashed glass panels on balcony

Just the rooms everything else was nice

Really noisy aircon that could not stop and was really set hot.. no way to regulate.Bathroom was older than I am! Full of football teams causing noise and disruption.Food was acceptable.Gym was quite good actually.Pools were ok but i did not use as too cold.Staff really lovely and helpful.

We had a great week here, but there were positives and negatives.Positives - the food was great. There was a good selection and it was delicious. There was a good variety of drinks in the all inclusive menu and the bar staff were friendly. The view from our balcony was really lovely and the location was great, being a short walk from the town and beach.Negatives - there were things advertised that were not available, for example snacks between meal times being able to use the facilities at other hotels. The pools were absolutely freezing. Too cold to enjoy. They could do with heating their pools really. Overall, a lovely stay.

Terrible. Just awful. The room was freshly repainted and gave me a headache, the beds were lumpy and hard and had cigarette burns all over. The sheets smelled of wet dogs and the elevators were tiny and allways stuffed with people. More then 5 floors and 1 teeny tiny elevator.Also the heat was cranked up to 100000, all the time.the airconditioning did not work, the bathtub had no plug and the shower curtain was held up by hopes and dreams alone.The staff was nice. Thats the only positive thing about my stay. If i had know how horrible it would be i would have spent 100 extra on an actual hotel.All Htop.hotels should be torn down and the land plot auctioned off to the lowest bidder. 0/10 wouldnt wish a stay here upon my enemies.

Breakfast was good, there was a good variety of food to select from. Lunch and dinner were not too bad either.

The room was very basic, no coffee/tea facilities in the room, no table apart from the bedside stool, water was either too hot or cold and it was very noisy at night. The beds were too narrow.

The hotel was clean, well-located, and offered plenty of facilities. The food and drinks were excellent, and it featured three swimming pools.

There was a private parking in the terrain of the hotel, just behind the bldg. parking has camera surveillance and well lit up. Parking was for a fee.

Cheap accomodation and good location not far from the beach.

Very dated.Rooms could do with a deep clean and upgrade. Bedding/covers had pulled threads and daily clean definitely did not Hoover/sweep floors as they were dirty.No fridge or tea/coffee making facilities.

Awful smell everywhere like sewerage smell. Rooms were filthy and bed was hard. Hated every second

Nothing about the hotel. Will never stay in an htop hotel again.

Lack of communication between the staff, sparsely furnished bedroom, wardrobe no door, breakfast was disgusting full of mass produced plastic food.

Clean property and well organised, fresh food and surprisingly good coffee. Staff very helpful!

Extremely busy, loud guests in the middle.of the night, no good for those who wants to sleep at night. Also the room equipment old and poor, it looks like a very very old hotel inside.

Friendly staff. Reasonable for the price.

Very busy dining room… limited gluten free but plenty of options otherwise.

The location was okay

I have booked all inclusive but when you get there it is not all inclusive you have still to pay for alot of stuff like drinks coffee from a proper coffee machine etc. I have stayed for 7 nights and the room were not cleaned they only make your bed and put new towels and toilet paper I have complained at the reception that the towels and beds are dirty they have send someone but got still dirty bed sheets on. the beds are really uncomfortable as well. The food is always undercooked and not nice. The room walls are so thin you can hear the guests from the other. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone. It’s a huge disappointment.

Nothing at all…very very run down ,dated , battered , worn out needs a refurb very badly

Very very dated ..extremely worn out and in need of some serious refurbishment …also the presence of pest control company was not reassuring in anyway ….I chose not to stay in the room as I felt it was not up to any sort of standard I would find acceptable

In general , my stay was fine/good. My friends who were booked on the same day that I was there enjoyed their stay eapecially the children. We were in rooms 117, 118 and me 157.

What we didn't like and I hope you take note of it is that all our rooms were opened by the cleaners ahead of check out time. I've been into places and into different kinds of place to stay from the least expensive up to the expensive ones but never I experienced it. I understand that some clients go out ahead of check for reasons but make it standard in your hotel to open the rooms for cleaning unless it is 10:01am onwards, in your case of 10am check out. Have some respect to clients because it is still inside the time they paid for. Thank you

Good position,

Loud music around pool at times during the day, breakfast felt unorganised and plates were not removed- often we had to clear a table ourselves to sit down, sun beds uncomfortable, very close to each other around pool.

The staff members were friendly. However, nobody controls the rules of the hotel. For example: in the swimming pool there are big signs saying that you cannot play ball games inside the pool or use big swimming rings and people are using it. This was really annoying and nobody from the hotel was controlling that.

Hotel needs a refurbishment very outdated. Lack of control of the rules in the swimming pools.
