Location is perfect, beautiful modern rooms and the staff always takes an extra mile for the guest.

Great location , large rooms, clean and tidy.The staff are welcoming and very responsive.They are always smiling and offering help.We are grateful for the whole staff for making our stay pleasant.

Excellent location with an amazing sea view. Friendly staff & very clean hotel with a wide variety of food from the Lebanese restaurant ward El Cham to the Italian taste at Como to the sushi taste at Sunset.

The beach was dirty and full of garbage. Something should be disclosed before booking! Paying top $ should have a clean beach that you can actually swim in.

Absolutely fantastic stay! The room was spotless, the bed super comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Specially Miss Mariana who checked us in , Great location, amazing breakfast, and top-notch service all around. Highly recommend this hotel — will definitely be back!

I recently stayed at Lancaster Bay and couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I arrived, the team at Reception provided outstanding service — warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. My room was excellent: spotless, comfortable, and beautifully presented.The excellent service continued upstairs at the restaurant, where the staff were attentive and made every meal a pleasure. The whole experience exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Lancaster Bay to anyone looking for a top-quality stay. I’ll definitely be returning!

They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay.The room was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully decorated with all the amenities you could possibly need. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax after a busy day of sightseeing.I had the pleasure of dining at the hotel’s restaurant, and the food was absolutely delicious. The service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing meal.Overall, my experience at the hotel was outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Beirut. I will certainly be staying here again on my next trip!

We have booked 2 rooms, one sea view and the other was not.While checking in they said that they didn't have any sea view rooms available and they offered us an "upgrade" to a suit with a partial sea view.After an argument, they had not 1, but 2 sea view rooms available.+++ the beach is not very ready for comers

I was shocked in everything, i came with my husband to renew our honeymoon, since two years , when we got married we came to this hotel, everything was disappointing, at booking the price was 223$ but once i came to pay ,she took 250$ , the breakfast was soooo bad and below average, i found hair sticked in the tomato, the hygiene was so bad, even the bath robe and towels were smell so bad and old. At the pool they gave us a teared towel and it was in a very bad condition. My husband forget some of his clothes in the closet, i called the reception after we checkout, they took to much time to give back an answer and i kept calling for hours ,first they said sorry madme there is nothing in the closet and i was sooo disappointed ! And after a couple of phone calls ,they found them againIt was a very very bad experience. You destroyed the good memory we had in this hotel!

Nothin at all to be liked

The staff was horrible the beach was closed very high prices compared for other hotels the reservation was not like what we booked from booking there is no facilities at all .Do not book at this horrible hotel

The crib we asked for was broken and tornBut we didnt ask for a replacementI wish we asked for king size bed because queen size felt small

I applaud the management of the hotel for having a great, pleasant, courteous & professional staff in every area of the hotel (airport shuttle, security, concierge, reception, lounge, restaurants, bars, beach area & housekeeping). Would always come back! Thank you all!
