The Service was perfect and the situation...

Very poor

The host or the owner( you can never know) was interfering with my privacy, asking me about my relationship with my guest and insisting to wanting a copy of her id telling me that's mentioned in the booking *and its not*, there was no good welcoming conversation or whatever. Terrible reception experience. There was no reception from the first place it just a small room on the first floor with a rude receptionist and his kids. There was no one to take my heavy luggage in front of a locked entrance door on the ground floor. The place is directly next to the reception and that was not mentioned or archived.The kitchen has zero amenities and the ones available could give someone food poisoning.

Everything was great, the host was super nice and friendly, and there was always someone available for assistance. The value for money is excellent it even deserves more than the asking price. Very clean and spacious room with all facilities needed found. Would defentily come again and recommend it to everyone.

A bit noise from the steet at night .. some drivers trying to find out how much the cars can drift ..

Its big and have balconies and nice windows.. very safe, facing the main road..

The pillows are not comfortable AT ALL. One of the windows wasnt closing well so the room was cold, but heat was working great so problem was solved..

The apartment size was good with two balconies. Clean place.Nice staff. But not available all the time.

The furniture in general is old and should be renewed. The bathroom as well was really old. The whole place needs to be renovated. The parking entrance is tight and not easy to enter. And after I managed to enter my car I fount out that I cant enter the hotel from the parking. They lock the parking doors in the evening, so you have to take a long walk with your bags to reach the main door. For me I left the whole parking and parked my car outside the hotel. By the way, no room service or front desk after 7 pm.

The price and the adequacy. They are very friendly and welcoming

Had 2 rooms booked. Overall they were not clean mainly due to the lack of maintenance Couldn't have a shower first night due to not having a hot water only do discover that the tap for the hot water is for the cold one and the tap for the cold water opens up a hot water!?

The beds are so noisy where if u just turn around while u r sleeping...it makes a lot of noise.
