- The best thing about this Hotel is the STAFF. the front desk ladies and the Gentlemen helping and guiding the guests. They are always smiling and making you comfortable. Also the location is ideal. Access to their beach resort is a plus.
- Location- room size
- The location was superb. It’s literally close to many things around. The food was great specially the outside little terrace restaurant gave an authentic feeling for having Lebanese coffee and some snacking.
Cons -
- Partially- Under renovation - paint smell.
- Very old furniture, corridor, and a tiny elevator. The electricity was cut off once at night for 2 hours and I was stuck in the lobby. They did not have back up power source like most hotels in the same area. The rooms are expected to be cleaner.
- Hotel is under renovation, and room has bad smellTwo bed room, room is not a real two bed room

Hotel is under renovation, and room has bad smellTwo bed room, room is not a real two bed room
The bed is comfortable
The bathroom is in poor condition and really needs renovation, the mirror had visible imperfections, the shower was worn out and overall the bathroom looks very used.Concerning the coffee we only had only one sachet which is disappointing for a room for 2 persons
We arrived early in the morning at check-in time. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. The location is convenient and they offer free parking, which was a big plus. However, all the rooms had no view, which was a bit disappointing.
The room was extremely hot, and the air conditioning barely worked. The bed sheets were not clean, and the bathroom was in terrible condition—dirty and unpleasant to use. Overall, a very disappointing stay. I would not recommend this hotel.
Buffett staff very cool and helpful
Housekeeping low focus every day delivering two towels for four adults despite us confirming every day and very slow responding also some maintenance were needed to the bathroom looked very old and not taking care of
Internet Wifi is very slow and most of the time can’t connect I used 4G internet
staff were great , location was good
some maintenance needed , satellite TV , key system .Guys , DO not disturb sign means “Don’t disturb “
Location is good, price was good
Due to bad communication between the hotel and the driver that was supposed to pick up my dad, we ended up looking for a taxi in the airport and using it. The worse part is that the hotel did not apologise and did not offer any compensation, even morale one.
The staff were nice and helpful. The room was spacious and had an AC- which wasn't loud. It is close to the airport.
1. Shuttle buses services to the airport and the beach 2. Extremely nice and professional staff
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Lancaster Hotel in Beirut, and it was truly an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a level of service that made me feel right at home. The hotel’s elegant ambiance, combined with its modern amenities, created the perfect blend of comfort and luxury. My room was impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, offering stunning views of the city. The attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel, from the cozy bedding to the high-quality toiletries, truly enhanced my stay. The on-site dining options were fantastic, with delicious cuisine that catered to a variety of tastes. The staff at Lancaster Hotel went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable, always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel's location is also ideal, offering easy access to the city's attractions, shopping areas, and vibrant nightlife.Overall, my stay at the Lancaster Hotel was nothing short of perfect. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Beirut, whether for business or leisure. I can't wait to return!
Perfect location - friendly staffUpgraded our room as we couldn't sleep from construction
Construction disturbance next to the hotelAc is not very good it was hot even though 18 Toilets need to have maintenance Not flexible with late checkouts even though the hotel wasn't full I didn't appreciate that, other hotels are very flexible.
Location
I booked 4 persons stay and breakfast and paid extra for that, but they said that it is only 2 persons, go and check with booking.com which was really weird answer.
This is the hotel we always use when visiting Beirut, as their excellent free transfer service gets us out of the messy airport in no time (they are the only hotel with a booth there, just before the arrivals hall, where you are met). The rooms are large and comfy enough, but for some reason they don't make use of the good sea views at the rear of the building. We skip breakfast, as there is a great bakery a little further down the street with very good breakfast snacks. You can walk the seaside corniche from here, or it's a short and cheap taxi ride to the city centre sights.
Staff are polite but slow to support and we had to call several times to get a simple support to get towels
We found a hair in the hummus we ordered in the Dewik Cafe ! On ground floor
Absolutely fantastic stay the hotel location was perfect for my needs, making it convenient to get around. The staff were exceptional - incredibly friendly and accommodating, from parking assistance to housekeeping. The overall experience was top-notch, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay
The room was comfortable, the staff were very friendly, location is nice.
The breakfast was poor.
