Need some rennovation

Accessible location, parking availability, nice and helpful staff.

Bathroom size little small. Lighting should be improved at some parts of the room. Breakfast should have more varieties.

Good room size

The smoke is everywhere. It couldn’t let me sleep. It’s bizarre that they don’t have sections for non smokers. You can’t miss the smell at entrance or in the rooms. Made my stay miserable and sleepless.

Everything was so nice

Our room was a connection , and the neighbors was talking loud ? so that we could not sleep .

Very good location , near from everything, very clean and everything available, free parking inside, the staff are very good, super clean and was very nice experience for anyone need to stay in Beirut close to main attractions specially the Rousha

All was perfect

Every thing was good the rooms were big, staff soo polite and helpful room is soo clean.

The gym was close, the location far from downtown every time we need to take taxi to go. One of the toilets doesn’t have water pressure.

24/7 electricity in Lebanon is a miracle

the first room they gave us smelled like cigarettes, on a non-smoking floor.the baby crib the gave us was super unsafe (had staples on it as a fix for the broken zipper)wifi doesn't workthe door was is thin you can literally hear any conversation outside

housekeeping was good, and the size of the room was ok

2 rooms with 2 bathrooms, one of them was really small and we couldn't use the bathroom of one room. The wifi was terrible, in our bedroom we didn't have wifi, cleaning was good but not at the rate that was written in the booking. And the worst thing was smoking! People and gusts smoke in every public place in this hotel, even in the lobby and the breakfast saloon! I asked the staff and a woman in the reception about this situation and she answered me this is legal in Beirut! But we didn't see smoking in enclosed spaces in other places in Beirut, even taxi drivers respected the guests and didn't smoke in the cars, I didn't recommend this hotel at all, specifically for patients with respiratory disorders or elderly and pregnant women. If we knew that the hotel was smoking-free in the lobby and breakfast saloon we would never have selected this hotel! I am writing this review for others to select the Hotel Better, Maybe it is a good situation for smokers, but for us, it was really disappointing and we were unhappy with our stay in this hotel, they should write this information on the website! This hotel is not never 8.5 as written in the booking!
