Lancaster Suites Raouche

Ali, Mustafa and Sameeh are incredible hosts.Very attending and courteous

Taxi airport The staff was professional and friendly also respected

Almost nothing but they have to make more Markting

The free airport pick-up and drop-off service was excellent. The cars were large and very comfortable. The room size was spacious and good, and the staff were very polite and professional.

The elevators are very old and not working well. The place and the furniture feel outdated and in need of renovation. There is no pool, no massage services, and no breakfast buffet. The lobby is small, and overall the hotel does not deserve a four-star rating, especially compared to the high price.

Very good location ,freindly and very helpful staff

Only the missing of flip flop & sewing kit as all other hotels

The property was good in a nice area surrounded with everything Staff was so friendly and welcoming we got a good help and price discount for extending couple of days from lara special thanks to her and her colleague mostapha

Staff are very friendly The rooms are big and very clean Location is very good

Great location, service, especially Mustafa at the reception who arranged and perfectly organized airport transportation.

We booked one night at this hotel as we were transiting through the airportThe shuttle was there and it was easy to find the counter right at the exit from customs Room was clean and spacious Staff were friendly

There wasn’t hot water and we had to wait for one hour to have hot water But it’s no big deal I would stay here again as I like the place

Receptionists were very nice and cooperative. Maintenance and Housekeeping teams as well

Location, Food, View

The room was clean and silent. Great staff.

The staff is really friendly and helpful, Maha and mariam was very responsive and helpful, also assem and aly helped in everything, everything was perfect.

Attentive and kind staff, spacious rooms. The hotel is set in an excellent location. We had a room on the 9th floor and the view of the sea from up there is great. The staff assisted us with a half day extension and that was efficient. Appreciate the shuttle service to the airport and the lovely driver as well.

Everything was perfect, especially the cleaning in the room. Big thanks to Hussein and Maha from the reception very friendly staff

The rooms and bathrooms were impeccably clean. The breakfast offered a delicious and diverse selection of food. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. They addressed any concerns I had promptly and efficiently, demonstrating a genuine focus on guest care.I would like to extend a special thanks to all the hotel staff, particularly the reception team, Hussein and Ahmed, for their warm hospitality and quick responses.
