Location and the art!

The size of the room we had- but over all it’s an old home so expect tight places.

A mix of art and nature. The rooms are designed so tastefully. Bathrooms are large. The cafe downstairs is tranquil. The location is central. Staff are so friendly

Unique and well decorated property in the very center of Beirut. The rooms are super cozy and our suite was very spacey.

Some furniture (breakfast room) could be enhanced.

Breakfast is poor for a hotel where we paid $465Paid the staff $500, didn’t return the change. I would have kept it for him, but he should have given back the change

The design of the place - the art work. Karl is lovely and friendly who greets you. The whole place is lovely and worth exploring- a Byzantine well is pretty cool!

Everything from its hidden beauty, to its heritage architecture redesigned to be a hotel, the beauty of the art and how amazing the service and staff are, big thanks to Carl who did an amazing job giving us a brief about the history of the place and made us feel very welcomed

Such a historical hidden gem in Beirut. Hotel itself is a piece of art

We werent able to sleep one of the nights from the noise (apparently that was the restaurant hood)

Everything was outstanding. The properties gorgeous and filled with art in every corner. The staff could not have been more friendly and professional and helpful. Excellent location. Great breakfast. 10 out of 10.

I had an amazing stay at Arthaus Hotel and the staff was super friendly from the moment I arrived. They gave me a warm welcome and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The room was beautifully decorated and comfortable. The hotel location was perfect.

It was exceptional. charming and full of history. eclectic. boutique hotel which i love. such attention to detail. so authentic. i cannot say enough. cozy. exceptional staff, felt like a family. Karl was lovely as were all the others. bonus is the location. in the middle of Gemmayze yet still quiet.

The stay was perfect. Karl-Esber, the front office supervisor took great care of us to make sure we felt right at home!The staff are super welcoming and friendly and friendly and the room cozy with everything we could possibly need.

Very pleased staff. Great breakfast that was included in the package. Very clean and comfortable with an artsy touch that made the experience even better! Felt like home and not a hotel. Highly recommend

I like art and the lounge was amazing. The bar is perfect, but the bed is not comfortable even the pillow it’s not comfortable. Breakfast was bad.

The location and the architecture of the old house.

The room was too small, cramped and with no daylight. AC wasn’t strong.The breakfast was poor and confusing. Service was not good at all.

Hotel location, Great staff, and very nice decoration and Deisgn. Beds are super comfortable and rooms spacious
