Staff are very friendly and attentive

No attention to house keeping details and below the standard of 4 star hotel. Towels were quite old And at times no towels were put in the room.

many things were missing from the room, such towels, cloth hangers, flip-flops etc.

Very far away from the city , food quality is bad , service is bad and the location is extremely bad

Nice hotel em Beirut, modern, cool and clean. Staff were very nice and helpful.

I really enjoyed my stay at Bossa Nova Beirut Hotel. The staff were extremely welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore Beirut, yet quiet enough to relax. The rooftop pool and lounge area were a highlight – perfect for unwinding with a great view of the city. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, with a nice variety.

Honestly, there wasn’t much to dislike. The only minor point was that Wi-Fi could be a bit faster at peak times, but it didn’t affect my overall experience.

I found what i was looking for at hotel, contemporary design, new and clean hotel also strategic location to go in & out without stuckin any traffic. Also the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Concierge and valet parking services wasn’t available, may be cause I reached the hotel for check-in at mid night.

The hotel is nicely designed, bed is comfortable and the pool on the roof is nice

There was no wifi connection our whole stay, even after calling in the IT guy. Hot water was unavailable at night- when we asked the front desk they said its heated through solar power and at night luke warm could be the best we can get.

Welcoming and friendly staff. Healthy breakfast. Spacious rooms. Close to everything in Beirut.

The location is not ideal, the bed is not comfortable, no blackout curtains, many electricity interuptions, bathroom dimly lit, the room did smell like smoke the first day and Ms. Rima insisted that I shall not have an electricity card to run the AC if um away so I couldnt even ventilate the room.

Room was spacious, with a nice view. Staff was friendly and welcoming.

The toilet had rust marks and when i flushed the toilet for the first time, the water coming down was brown. I guess it hasn't been using in a long time or there's a rust problem.

A nice and modern hotel with a central yet calm location. The bed is super comfortable, the food is delicious, and the rooftop pool is refreshing with chilling vibes. The hotel staff are super friendly, responsive, and helpful.A big thank you for Rima on the front desk !

The design of the hotel is cool, especially the lobby, the bathroom is spacious, comfortable bed and pillows, there is also a good blackout curtain, cute rooftop with a small pool.

No deal breakers, but amenities are lacking, mini fridge wasn’t working, limited tv channels, and breakfast offered was very basic with no choices.

Staff is amazing, place is clean and Cozy and good for money

No Shattaf in toilet ?

Breakfast was ok i would have hoped they tell you what's on the menu. I only knew last night that they offer fresh juices and fruits.

Had to complain about the water as it was a bit cold but then they fixed it.

Location is good, the team is professional and smiling all the time.

Better to have a menu for breakfast options
