B&B HOTEL Belfort

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, which made our short stay very pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable, and the check-in process was quick and easy.

Nothing major, everything was fine for a one-night stay.

The A/C (or) heater was not working.

Reception was closed late night but we were able to check in via an automated kiosk. Clean and tidy small room. Fare for the price.

If I didn't speak English, we wouldn't even be able to check in with that kiosk. In the morning we found out that the personnel also wasn't able to speak English.

Bad

Everything. The room was very dirty. There were insects in the bed. Scrambled eggs made from powder for breakfast??‍♀️bathroom was dirty

Standard B&B hotel. When possible, I often take B&B, there is no bad surprise! comfortable family room, clean, very good breakfast.Nothing to complain as usual.

The noise from the others customers at night coming from the main door.

I mean, the price was decent, but not much more that can be said. Breakfast was decent (if we exclude the expired yoghurt). Beds were quite comfortable, so the "bed" part is fine.

There was literally ZERO pressure of water in the bathroom. Bathroom was not super clean either. Not dirty, but didn't give that "oh, someone cleaned it well" feeling.Room smelled as if someone just smoked an iqos in there (the heated cig).Do not take the scrambled eggs on the breakfast, they are literally inedible. Also - watch out for yoghurt's expiration date. Some of them were already expired.

The personnel at the reception did well in solving a problem with our room. She took our complaint seriously and arranged another room.

Cleaning of the room & bed, however this was solved by the lady at the reception.

Suitable for the price, free parking, sectioned-off room.

Good location, everything worked in the room and I could park outside my room

Room looked clean but smelt strongly of smoke and bedding smelt of it .Bed was rock hard.Poor breakfast option but we wasn’t offered any lady on the desk just looked and looked away no thank you or byes as I said we was leaving. Another worrying thing was we was near the fire escape and it was completely blocked by trolleys

Convenient to us location. It is a pet friendly hotel with some safe space around the hotel to walk the dog.Decent selection for breakfast. Comfy beds.

Outside the town so it was easy to park the car. Some sound from the motorway which is very close. Good for one night sleep when you travel by car. Friendly staff.

Not very easy to check in if you cant speak French. But it worked out by help from the friendly staff.

Close to the motorway. Parking fenced and gated. Reception staff friendly and made an effort to speak English

Too small room and the shower hose was leaking all over the floor. The breakfast doesn’t fit the pictures shown on the webpage. Products missing as better bread and ham for instance.

Fine for an overnight stay when travelling

The personel didn't speak any English. The reception is not 24h, apparently there is a way to check in with a machine but I didn't check it

Lovely greeting and Bubbly Staff. Comfortable room not the biggest but perfect, bed comfy too and very clean. To be honest despite the didn't likes it was excellent place for an overnight or slightly longer stop. Plenty of food if you opt for breakfast too.

Fan air conditioner in the room, if you're a light sleeper it is on all the time for heating or cooling. For us it was fine to be fair but it gave a slight background noise all the time. Signage at entrance not there it doesn't look like it's the B+B entrance as you drive by so we missed it and had to do a U turn

It was very near to the highway and was quiet.

It was difficult to access by car. To pay they don’t accept contactless payments.

Good price.

Self check in. It took me over an hour. Had to call and get help. Didn't send me proper check in code when I needed it
