Mercure Belfort Centre

Bed comfortable. Large bathroom. Nice welcome. Facilities nearby (restaurant, pub, boulangerie). Close to city center.

First day we had the possibility to put a tag on the door and avoid room cleaning. Then it was removed. We never git it back.... we do not want cleaning (too often)

Clean and comfortable.

The restaurant was a chain restaurant with poor beverage choices.

This was our second time staying here. It is a nice stopover hotel, close to the highway and easy to get to. We appreciate the onsite parking and restaurant. Staff are very friendly and the breakfast was very good.

Brandnew facility 15 min walking time from the center of Belfort

totally overpriced - noisy

Clean, good location ,parking , breakfast

shampoo bottle not refilled in the shower , unfriendly reception staff

Good free parking. Possibility to charge for seperate fee.

Room heater didn't work properly so room was cold

Great location close to the highway but quiet. Free onsite parking. It has a good restaurant.

Nice and clean, but best of all, great service and good design of accommodations of wheelchair access

Everything was fine!

- Lovely comfy room and bed with nice bathroom and beautiful supplies - shower gel, soap, etc.- Very quiet- Car park right outside hotel- Great restaurant attached to hotel with awesome cocktails and very good food- Excellent location - bakery and alcohol shop next door, nice lake 10 mins to the left, main center 10 ins to the right

- Wifi is very poor in rooms - not strong enough to play media - No A/C nor fans provided

Good location, just a short walk to the busy centre of Belfort. Good parking and easily accessible from the main routes coming in.

Good room & bathroom facilities

Noisy air conditioning, awful restaurant!

Convenient location, comfortable accommodations, updated room amenities, wonderful breakfast at good value, nice restaurant next door, air conditioning in rooms if needed.

Easy to find, not far off the motorway, a short walk into town and the main attractions, comfortable room and excellent wet room. Good choice at breakfast.

The restaurant is a burger, French version of a pizza, kebab, salad, etc place with the waiting staff dressed up as American cops and London road signs on the wall. It was packed on a Monday night (the rest of the town is shut). But despite its apparent popularity both I and the guy at the next table sent our meals back to the kitchen. The waiting staff apologised but did not seem surprised. Our meals returned just as soon as they had been microwaved up to the right temperature. And the WiFi for the hotel did not stretch as far as the restaurant - bad form when you have to wait on your food having sent it back. The waiter for breakfast was only seen by the fact he had once ticked off a few people in the book as having breakfast. Not around when the coffee et all machine refused to dispense hot water. But the manager did an excellent job when I went to reception to get help!

This is a very nicely equipped Hotel with lots of amenities and with very polite staff. There are plenty of parking spaces around. It felt like a very safe area. The wellness area with Sauna and Haman was a great place to relax from the travel. The room was big and nicely designed.

No major critic from my side.

Very modern, great parking, large comfortable room and helpful staff.

The location is great , big and easy parking as well. Room and bed are very comfortable, the staff is friendly We had a nice stay.

Only one large shower towel in the room when we got in, however the staff has been very reactive and delivered an additional one to the room within few minutes.

The facility is clean, the staff is helpful, the bed is comfortable. Parking is adequate and free.

A solution can be found to prevent water from passing between the shower cabin and the toilet. You take a shower afraid he'll go to the last bedroom

I love staying at this hotel, good parking pleasant staff and the breakfast is excellent

The aircon, there is a sign on the wall saying that the aircon during the summer is set at 26 degrees, thats warmer than it was outside! and no clear instructions of how to turn it down so I barely slept just because it was way too hot. 26 degrees is not a sleeping temperature

Location was great, hotel was clean, breakfast was great!

The room was way too hot. It was uncomfortable and there was no way of turning on the air con. Didn’t get a good sleep.

Easy acess from the autobahn

Breakfast, missed brown bread and fresh juices,
