Best Western Plus Hotel Belfort Centre Gare

Rooms good.Clean!!Breakfast goodStaff friendly

Lots of noise from the street could not sleep. Need to change windows on the street. Noise is terrible.

Cleanliness, bed and location

Very good quality for the money. Comfortable and mostly clean

Thr cleanliness of the bathroom could improve.rooms are very small, including a tiny bathroom

The room was really clean and the breakfast had a nice variety. It's right in front of the train station.

Unfortunately, there wasn't a parking space available, so we had to leave the car in a public space at the end of the street. The rooms are on the small side.

Location and staff

A small thing but the bathroom door couldn't open fully as it opened out onto the bed.

Everything! Perfect choice. Spotless clean, very friendly and accommodating staff, great location, comfortable beds, delicious breakfast. We were so glad we stayed here.

Room was good and bed was very comfortable breakfast was good not very good but almost all according to need

They asked on arrival 150€ deposit and they hold it more then 7 days from my account this is totally unfair policy because they give us nothing even television in room was not worth of 150€ then why hold this amount?

Balcony view of the train station ... central location yet quiet enough for a good night's rest. Bed was superbly comfortable, bathroom large. The private parking facility was much appreciated and the staff were friendly and helpful.

No bar facility though the receptionist could serve you a cold bottle of beer.

Good central location. Friendly and helpful reception team. Reasonably priced. Basic but reasonable breakfast.

Small room sizing.

Proximity to railway station. Friendly staff. Good view. Quiet at night. Easy to leave luggage till train departure to explore town.

Breakfast was good

One night did not sleep since the neighbord were fighting.I called lot of times reception but they did nothing. The day after they just said they asked for info to the neihgbord and they denied. No parking place.

Pleasant staff. Nice breakfast. We were travelling by train so perfect location and only short walk to town.

Dried milk sachets! Our room was very small.

The hotel was very conveniently located, directly opposite the railway station. The staff were very polite and helpful during our stay. Our room was at the rear of the hotel and was very quiet.

There was nothing we could fault during our stay.

The staff was amazing. They explained everything and made check in and check out a breeze. The rooms were great. I loved the bathrooms and the beds. I also loved the fact I could open the window. The breakfast was good. I wish they had a better variety of fruits though.

There wasn’t really anything we didn’t like about the property.

Good location, confortable bed, friendly staff

Location

Awful Breakfast, toilet was far from the bath, bad smell in the room.

Location good

Painful and silly to allow only 1 wifi connection. In end I just tethered devices.Car parking limited And awkward

Good location comfortable room breakfast included

Having to take water up to my room myself. Would be nice if water was provided in the room or on each floor at least not just on the ground floor.

Really convenient for train and room was spacious with good breakfast options. Staff couldn’t have been better. Went out of their way to make my stay pleasant.

Friendly staff and v close to station

Room too small and old fashioned and no light and noisy
