Cold shower- hot water stops after a couple of minutes in the shower. Feet smell in the room .Toilets are awkwardly close to the wall, making it not so comfortable.

NOT A LOT TO LIKE. Hot running water! Bed was reasonably comfortable with clean bedding. Limited breakfast was edible.

The list of problems, faults and hazards relevant to this hotel both inside and out is to long to detail in this review. From it's battered, and dangerous condition, it is obvious that it has suffered from a lack of investment and a lack luster attitude to maintenance for a very long time. The manager was only ever to be seen smoking at the back of the hotel and the general staff although pleasant were decidedly down beat. This hotel would not be allowed to operate in the UK

The hotel is old and shabby and unfortunately had a very nasty smell of drains.

Nice staff, good for single night

A bit too warm in hot day. Everything is a bit tired.

The staff was the only thing that was amazing. I can't remember the night shift name, but he was helpful and most importantly with a big smile always.

Room was old, dirty and smells like humidity. The room didn't have a comprehensive cleaning in years. Carpet on the floor was full of stains everywhere, matching the wall you could see humidity and who knows what else. All night along with a sound of something like an AC compressor non-stop. So, value for money, totally unfair.

I was quite disappointed by the property.

I paid I advance to a family room and I was given 2 separate rooms away from each other on the same level. So my family (3 years old daughter, 9 years old daughter, my husband and I) had to sleep in one double room the first night. Then they gave us 2 rooms connected where one room was a disabled room.

It was reasonably clean and reasonable value for money, close to the centre. Parking available and Reception staff were friendly.

Rooms very tired and dated, no air conditioning so very uncomfortable to sleep, food choice very limited for breakfast and not getting topped up even at 8am. No Coffee available as staff member didn’t seem to refill water or know where bowls, cups etc were when they ran out.

Good location and private car park. The staff were nice and friendly

The room was small, with no air conditioning and the decor was tired and in need of a refurbishment.

Price. Location to town centre. Free parking.

The breakfast buffet was not available!!! Coffee was down! All items was empty and staff was not able to do anything! It was a very difficult experience!!

The breakfast and the polite young man refreshing the breakfast items was the only positive part of the the stay

The bathroom door handle fell off. The bathroom light did not work so we had to shower in the dark. Upon notifying the front desk staff of the broken door handle and broken light, his response was “that’s normal” There was no air conditioning and our room was extremely warm and uncomfortable even with window open

Location was nice. Rooms was mostly clean.

The paint was peeling off the walls in the bathroom. The hair dryer was missing. During breakfast half of the stuff was empty or the machine was broken.

Everything was perfect, the room was very clean and the bed very comfy. Breakfast was also great.

I liked everything I stayed for a night and it was simply perfect nothing to complain about.

Room big and clean for a good price

Not very nice area, room was cold, mattress hard, almost nothing to eat for breakfast at 9.30, only one woman of staff having to do all - serve breakfast, keep reception, answer phones, repair coffee machine, clean tables, wash dishes,... so for sure the service was long but of course not the fault of this poor girl but the one of managers who try to save on staff

breakfast good, secure parking for the motorcycle, nice room, short walk into centre, lots of shops, bars etc. Lovely gentleman on reception, spoke english, thank you.

Clean, comfortable , quiet , good location, but you see that the structure and rooms are old. Limited breakfast but good enough to start the day.. i have seen 4* hotels with less options. Good for families with children as rooms can be connected. We would repeat. Close to city center.
