Friendly staff, very clean and well equipped rooms.

Could do with a few more sun beds!!

Super clean and comfortable

A perfect small apartment with two bedrooms, living room, fully functional kitchen, balcony and even a sun roof.We only stayed there 3 nights and ate out but it could have easily been a self catering apartment for a week for a small family.Located right on the Cabo Roig strip, the location could not have been better.

The pool was not needed as beaches are a short drive or 20 minute walk away. Pool area is enclosed and felt a little closed in.

You had to wash the one set of towels you got at booking in or pay for extra towels no change of bedding and 1 roll of toilet roll

Staff were lovely and apartment in perfect t location on strip

The apartment furniture was run down and needed replacing couches dirty and we'll worn

Apartment was clean and so central to strip. Rob met us at the apartment and went through where everything was. Couldn't fault it at all. Will definitely book again

I was not informed the was parking restrictions in place, my car was towed early in the morning, took a full day to find my car.

Place was very clean except the extractor fan on the cooker .The shower was adequate. We could have done with extra towels .paint tins etc on patio area Hairdryer poor

Could have had extra Pillow's.Maybe some extra blankets.Aircon only blowing cold air even do it was set to hot.

Great location, apartment very good size for our family of 5, we really recommend this place and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Shower heads positioned badly, but would not stop us from staying there again.

Very clean and the whole building smelt gorgeous!! View from room was fabulous. Staff were warm and welcoming!

Mattress was a bit uncomfortable - c for some reason it was “dipped” and you would sink when lying on one side.

Plenty of restaurants nearby and sea view

The mattress in the main bedroom was too hard for me.

Everything. ! The apartment was spotless, it had Everything you needed. The beds was most comfortable. Also Rob on reception was very nice. Everything is on your doorstep and only a 5 minute walk to a nice sandy beach. I can't wait to go back next year. Thanks for such a nice stay.

Great location and very helpful staff. Also great little pool area . Rooms very well kitted out with all appliances, two smart TV’s so we could get Netflix and Amazon

The whole building is very tired and is in need of a full refurb .

The area was full of life, great location.

The room was bog standard, worse in fact. The face panels on both sets of drawers came off when you pulled the handles and the wardrobe door kept falling off the rails, once missing my daughter's foot by millimeters. Not enough crockery either and the balcony with the overflowing bucket under the AC, was tiny. The room is from the late 80'-90's. I would be embarrassed letting this property out in its current condition.
