The room and the in hotel dining options were great. We enjoyed the evening tea, morning breakfast.

Not to blame the hotel, but it's a bit hard to reach on weekends due to the traffic. If you don't bring your own transport then it is a bit hard. If you are young then you can climb down pretty easily to ram jhula.

The room was really nice

We took cold showers because it is not indicated how to turn the hot water on. The tables and cutlery at the restaurant were quite dirty.

We were very busy at International yoga festival at Parmarth Niketan ashram, so we left at 05.30 each morning and didn't return until around 7/8 or 9pm each evening. So we didn't get to eat our included breakfast. But kindly we sometimes had a light evening meal (omelette and salad!) instead! Thank you for that.

Overpriced and rude unhelpful staff at the front desk. The pictures on booking.com look nice but that is about it. Somya, the girl who does the morning Yoga class is nice and she also doubles over as the spa manager but apart from that nothing positive to say about the place. I would avoid and stay at a cheaper option closer to the town. This is not a 4 star hotel...

Could have some dormitary arrangement for customer's drivers, as sleeping in the car during Dec month could be treacherous !

Location is very easily accessible, nice and clean hotel, with parking , big room with free yoga classes, wellness spa , gym and nice high tea…. Breakfast is fabulous with lots of variety and super yummy.

Decoration lights were on through night. Brightly lighting rooms on second floor. I could not sleep even after drawing all curtains

The staff was not nice. We ordered food and after 26 hours it still wasn't cleaned. First they were happy, when I said I upgraded the staff wasn't nice anymore. I give the confirmations of the upgrade and still they couldn't see anything in my confirmation.

Comfortable room size, Breakfast was amazing and nice welcome by staff including drink & tulsi mala.

Little expensive

The room we stayed was big and comfortable. The room service was also courteous. However, had to call the reception number of times to get the drinking water. Liked the kids play area, which was although at the basement and a bit difficult to reach, yet had options for kids to spend good time.

The property looks a bit old, needs maintenance. The curtains of the room we stayed were smaller than the glass window. We had to call the staff to replace the curtains. However, they adjusted them with tape. The food options were very limited in the buffet.

Disappointing

Location is not good...food is average...housekeeping is bad...so overall, nothing i can say is good

The staff were extremely helpful. The room was really nice and clean with a lovely balcony. Really lovely shower too. The tea and coffee served at 4:30 in the garden is a beautiful touch which we really enjoyed. We had treatments in the spa which were also very good

We had a great stay, so can’t fault it

This hotel had a good breakfast options. The main menu for dining lacked quick small snacks/meals. The rooms were spacious and comfy I had a suite. However the bathrooms were very dark and there was nowhere to hang your towels unless you hung them in the shower area which would allow them to get wet or fall as this rack was poorly affixed to the wall. The spa facilities were fab and I had a head neck shoulder massage and a foot massage. MY therapist was lovely but her nails were long and they kept poking me in the head and foot.The hotel itself was a very quick walk to the banks of the Ganga. It felt secluded and peaceful but we were able to be amongst the action fairly quickly. The staff were incredibly helpful and polite. The gym had a treadmill and cross trainer. This served its purpose for my use of it. It did have dumb bells I am unsure if it had any free weights.

I feel the food menu could have been better. I am keen for health foods but I felt it was advertised as health foods but it wasn't really. If you are staying for more than one day and having several meals a day here you would run out of options. There was a lack of variety.

The property and staff is goof for value of money only this is little away from the Ganga reiver rest all ok food etc SPA also good
