Friendly staff, Ganga view, central location, great wi-fi

Quality of bedding could use some improvement

Location good with a really good view of the Ganges.Staff very helpful.

Bugs in bed and had to request change of bed linen which was done instantly.

The view from the room was so good. All Staffs were so kind.

The bridge over the temple was under the construction and I had to take a TukTuk.

The location is absolutely wonderful... All staffs are quite helpful... Food served is also very good.

Although there is almost nothing that we didn't like, but one thing is that furnitures are quite old and torn ... That can be replaced... Moreover in our room the hot water cattle was rusted...

The location is excellent, very scenic and quiet. We enjoyed our stay here. Its very close to all the main activities in town especially just stone's throw away from the Ganges. Breakfast was not provided. The staff was helpful in arranging the river rafting trip from the hotel itself. It was very convenient.

Would be better if breakfast could be provided. Otherwise everything else is comfortable.

The view

Firstly booking.com shows me a price of 8000 something per night. At the property they asked me to pay 9780 something rupees. Then I paid cash and accidentally forgot to ask for the invoice and they never offered. Then the property goes on booking.com and shows me as cancelled by suggesting that I did not show up. This was deceitful. The property has poor toiletry faculties. No parking. DO NOT PAY CASH Here.

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay in a deluxe Ganga view room 305. The view from the room and balcony is beautiful both day and night. The room was spacious and clean

Breakfast was yummy and location fantastic - most of the staff where very nice

Very accommodating staff. Our driver from the airport had some difficulty finding the hotel which is on the quiet side of a moderately busy shopping street. We liked the location and the view of the Ganga and mountains was terrific.

Our room could benefit from a new coat of paint.

Views, location, friendly staff, got an upgrade of room

Staff were super helpful and friendly. Especially when my mum and I were sick and needed help. They organized the doctor and some health food for us and made us feel safe. Amazing views from our bedroom as well. Gorgeous balcony to relax and read on. Delicious beaky too. Loved this.place.!

Great location at the Laxman Jhula bridge. Good size room with fridge and kettle. Great balcony overlooking river. Air con and fan. Good hot water. Room was clean! Walking distance to great eating and cafes. Staff fantastic. (Sorry about our luggage in the photos!)

The view was excellent. The third room (after major complaints and threatening to leave) was more acceptable

The first two room were in the basement. Damp, stank of urine, filthy, dirty bedding, windows and doors didn’t close, breakfast was terrible and no place to eat apart from your room and then we waited 1.5 hours for it to arrive! The staff were useless and rude and generally unhelpful, particularly the manager who was even ruder and more arrogant.

The behaviour of the front person was very bad. They are just money making people.Please don't book this hotel with a meal/ complementary breakfast option.They don't have any buffet breakfast. Only from you can order your complementary breakfast from your rooms and the breakfast is not enough for one person and if you are still hungry and need more food then you have to pay extra money.I have paid 2750 rupees extra for my complementary breakfast. Not happy at all with the service. I recommend not to book this hotel if you don't want to get robbed.

I didn't like anything about the behaviour of the manager. They are just sitting there to rob the people.
