Excellent location. Great views and very attentive and hospitable staff.

Excellent staff. I think what stands out is staff behaviour is consistent throughout the ranks. Polite, courteous and always helpful.

The facility, the view, the breakfast variety, the staff, the green cover, and room amenities.

The facility needs to improve some micro-points to make this even better.

Exceptional and welcoming staff. Special mention to Abhishek at “The Edge” restaurant who went out of the way to ensure our requests were duly fulfilled that too customized. Chef Vijay needs a mention too who was kind enough to ask us for out of the menu requests which were promptly fulfilled. Another interesting aspect about this property is that it’s a unit of HPCA (Himachal Cricket Association) so the rooms where we stayed were actually the ones where some of our revered Indian Cricket Team players stayed too! So all in all a highly recommended place.

Poor service, poor service and poor serviceThe property is well located with an excellent view from the rooms and rooms are decent (except for a structural flaw as described below) and food spread/preparation is nice. Sadly this is all the good I can say about the property as it is terribly and extremely badly let down on the service front. It was a new terrible story everyday and frankly staff just does not care. It is very clear that Guest well being is not on their priority list - they seem very busy in their own agenda just that we don’t what that agenda is.Our most terrible experience was with the cabs. We arranged Radisson branded cabs from the front desk. One driver was great but the other driver was an outright goon. My sister and wife were in the car and he was screaming at them all day long (something I came to know only at the end of the day). The driver was literally dictating what is to be done when and screamed at the ladies in the car when they didn’t agree. He told us to go to sunset point at 2pm as it was ‘convenient’ for him. He instructed us to be back at the hotel by 0830pm as he did not want to return home later than that. He screamed at us when my brother in law, who had a swollen and twisted ankle, could not walk fast to board the car .. it went on and on all day long. When I came to know of it I complained at the reception- a shouting match ensued between me and the driver whilst the front desk manager stood there and watched it happen without even trying to restrain the driver who was screaming at us. He was all too happy for the driver to shout back at us. All of this was with Radisson’s own cars. To add salt to injury, that driver was back on duty in the morning and there was not even any cognisance or action taken on such a strong complaint especially when females were at risk of being bullied. SHOCKING BUT TRUE. Shows how much the hotel cares about guest feedback. Please avoid their drivers at all costs.

Their infinity pool offers a magnificent view of Dharamshala but it's a shame that it's not adequately heated. Buffet spread, both for breakfast and dinner, was nice.

The layout of the property is a joke. I had booked a room with a balcony, but the room allotted to me was located on the ground floor. By definition, a balcony is supposed to be on the upper floors. To pay extra for a balcony only to get a porch in return made me feel like I got scammed. What made my stay worse was that the Kid's playing area and common seating area, both were located right outside my room, which offered no privacy whatsoever. How does one find peace and quiet in the mountains when you have other people's kids yelling and throwing tantrums outside your room. It was frustrating.The walls are paper thin. The doors close with a bang. I could hardly sleep. Every time the neighbours used their shower/flush, the sound of water gushing could be heard. Even the footsteps of guests residing upstairs could be heard.  It got even louder during morning hours when people rushed to get their breakfast or moved their luggage for check out.Housekeeping staff is OK but not at par with what you'd expect from a 5 star resort. To ask your guests to rate you and name you because 'Hey ma'am, I did this for you' made their gestures seem less hospitable and more transactional.Their infinity pool offers a magnificent view of Dharamshala but it's a shame that it's not adequately heated. They could only control the temperature to bring it upto 18-20 degree C, which was still quite cold for swimming during winters.Buffet spread, both for breakfast and dinner, was nice. Evening tea was meh.Also, when I called them to book directly via them, their reservation team offered me a WHOPPING discount of "75 rupees" over the price quoted to me by Booking.com... Wow.All in all, Dharamshala is a beautiful city that I'd like to visit again and again.. Can't say the same about this property though ?

Well designed property , aesthetic, clean, and well-maintained and convenience.

Quiet, comfortable beds, clean, pretty views, an oasis to return to after a long day. Excellent breakfast buffet.

The hotel itself is beautifully built and provides a gorgeous view of Dharamshala. The pool area is breath-taking at sun rise and sunset. I loved the cricket connection and the fact that one of the apartment blocks is a tribute to the Wanderers stadium in South Africa. The staff were wonderful and attended to our every need. We were graciously allowed an early check- in. Our room was spacious and fully functional. We absolutely loved this resort and would recommend the Radisson Blu Dharamshala without hesitation.

Great view and facilities.Very caring staff everywhere.Enjoyed the sound meditation, which was a bonus.Wow Swimming Pool, but weather did not permit me to enjoy my swim.Very close to paragliding in DHARMASHALA

Breakfast menu is same everyday. I think it can be changed atleast every alternate day.

Food is great, Chefs and staff really go out of the way to cater to your requests. The gym and Spa facilities are well managed as well.

The rooms are quite bad. Noise travels from one room to another. The walls are weak, and you could end up lying awake the whole night because the neighbor is watching TV. Even the sound of neighbors walking in their room will pass into your room. If the housekeeping staff is doing their job in an adjacent room, you cannot rest in your room as every movement and cleaning action is noisy and it will disturb you. The Swimming pool in a hotel in a hill station is supposed to be temperature controlled, however Radisson doesn't believe so. The maintain the water temperature at a very cool 22-23 degree Celsius, so good luck enjoying it. However it does look very beautiful.
