Too cozy, glasses, cups were not washed full of dust and dirt.

Very friendly staff if you have questions they will help with the area, it is located in the center of Thamel close to everything and the rooms were clean. Thank you!

The staff was lovely, specially Mahesh. The problem was cockroaches and bed bugs. I changed three rooms during my stay due to the issue of cockroaches and in the last room, there were also bed bugs. The staff offered to give me another room but by that time, I had already spent 1 night there and experienced the cockroach issue so I decided to checkout than to switch rooms. The location is convenient and there are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and and a large shopping area too on a walking distance; however, there is a night club right opposite the hotel and they play music all night, so due to that my sleep was severely disturbed too.I would not book it again, but the staff is absolutely lovely, and the place's interior is purely nepalese culture inspired so that was lovely to witness and enjoy!

The entire place was like stepping into what you always hoped Nepal would be like. The staff is all family and treated us like family as well. Whenever we needed anything it was taken care of and we felt safe and looked after day and night. Prakash was ready and willing to help with a taxi or advice about shopping or eating or even coordinating a day trip for much cheaper prices than online. If and when I’m back in a Nepal I will surely stay at Nepal pavilion inn!

How could anyone not like anything about the property it’s perfect

This property is not meant for families or groups of friends. This is a family run property, and the guy who sits at the reception needs professional help. He will declare your partner or female friends as prostitutes and will not allow them and you to enter the property. I had paid the full amount in advance and I had along with my friends had the worst stay of our lives. If you want your partner to be called "PROSTITUTES" then you can consider this property.

Lovely place run by a very friendly and helpful family, good location in Thamel.

Music noise from a nightclub went on to 6am and even earplugs couldn't block out the base! Building work next door meant it was noisy in the day too.

Lovely little family run hotel, clean, comfortable and in good location. A little noisy from outside particularly with night club music, but that's hard to avoid in Thamel I think.

The location is fantastic, on a quiet lane in the center of all the activity. The property is decorated with antiques and full of charm. The staff were wonderfully accommodating.

It's a historic property, so no lift/elevator. Most people will be fine with that, but we were tired to get to the 4th floor after longs days. Worth it! Just be aware.

This boutique hotel has everything you could ask for; comfortable bed, tea in room, Nepali decorations. The restaurant has lots of options and excellent dishes...roof top seating! The hotel is adorned with antiques, like a museum. The staff, AMAZING, so kind and helpful with local sights, and anything you need. The location was perfect, close to shopping and lots of quality restaurants and cafes! Book Nepal Pavilion Inn...you'll be happy you did!

The staff of the property, Prakash was very kind and friendly. He made our stay worthwhile, helping us so much and told us about Nepal and its history.

We stayed in the family room which was great for our family of 5. Clean and comfortable

The only problem was the noise from the street. Even though we were on the 4th floor we were woken up by barking dogs every night and other street noise. So while hotel was in a convenient area, the exact location was not great.

The hotel is very clean and the owners/staff are very warm and welcoming. I really enjoyed my stay and would come back again. The hotel also has a restaurant on the top floor. Location is right in Thamel. Walking distance to cafes, restaurants, shops etc. There are also always taxis parked right outside the hotel.

The owner was very nice and helpful. He provided a lot of information regarding Nepal travel. Beautiful room.

Quiet room on edge of Thamel made it easy to get around, and have a good nights sleep. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

The property is family owned and they make you feel like you’re part of their family. Their hospitality is unmatched from the minute you arrive. The hotel is conveniently located and quiet. We plan on staying at this location again.
