Hotel Mudita

I like locatation

I don’t like room very small Hotel charge like 4 star hotel but room to small

Location and friendly staff

Some rooms are very good, some rooms are a bit old. And prefer to have two pillows instead of one

Comfortable clean room just the other side of Boudha Road.

A great newish quality Hotel, just 100 metres from the entrance to Bodhnath/Boudanath stupa. Easy access to the hotel. It has a high quality restaurant, great staff - even an elevator. For the future this is my choice. I have stayed in many different hotels at Bouda, but now I found the right one for me.

Very well placed near the Buddha Stupa, very clean and warm, the AC works, the staff is very friendly, helpful and professional.

Great location and friendly frontline staff

Housekeeping staff who knocks my room to do housekeeping at 9.30am through-out my 8 days stay, despite informing both the housekeepers repeatedly to only clean the room in the afternoon or after 11am . When I feedback to lobby staff about the weird housekeeping hours on the 3rd day, she said it may be due to the house’s keepers rushing to finish their tasks but added they she will inform the housekeeping team. Unfortunately, the message did not go through to the housekeeping and they continued to knock on my door at 9.30am without fail every morning.

Service,views and room.

Good bedding, regular cleaning, hospitality of staffs, room services, reading lights, excellent layout , humble and responsible guards, helpful receptionist

Would be better if had a fridge in a room.

Bed

No tv channel for 5 days despite informing desk , unstable wifi for few days. So was using data. Then receptionist guy fixed the wifi

Friendly staff - organised taxis and held luggage whilst trekkingLovely relaxing garden

Food was a bit hit & miss

Staff were very professional & hospitable. Folks at the restaurant also customized food to suit my requirement and was quite delicious as well. Special shout out to Aashish who went beyond his call of duty and helped secure vehicles to roam around the city. Thanks to the entire team of Mudita...!

Cleanliness and staff hospitality. Location near boudha stupa

the restaurant was very nice, and so was the breakfast

deducting the room charges from the credit card, which was not as agreed as during the reservation.

Was travelling with a relatively big group of 34 people. Stayed at Mudita for 1 night and had to leave early the next morning. The rooms were pleasantly clean, and hotel has a lift which was much appreciated as we have some elderly travellers in our group. Check-in process was fuss-free. Hotel staff were very helpful and prompt in service, especially Aashi.

Quite, good customer service

food is nice however need to increase and apply the QHSE policy specially in kitchen. (Found something inside the burrito of my husbands meal)

Clean rooms, polite staff, so close to bauda and pasupati temple. Nice interior design.

Everything was okay

The location was ideal for touring the Bodhnath Stupa. The included breakfast was delicious and freshly made to order. The hotel was able to arrange transport from the airport (even when arriving very late at night). All of the staff were happy and kind, and attentive. Everything was very clean, and the environment was calm.

New, clean hotelNext to Boudhanath StupaSome stores and restaurants in the areaOnly 10 to 15 minutes from the airport

Room facing the road. Windows don't keep the noise out.

Really the best hotel. Such a find in this area. Great air con, staff, internet and quiet. Which is so rare in this area, so near Boudha stupa. Will be back for sure. Highly recommend.

Food is very hit and miss in Nepal anyway I find. This restaurant is ok. A bit stingy on the chicken and mutton with the curry but the thali is very good.
