Traditional comfort Boutique Hotel

Very pretty boutique hotel. Good value for money. The room was simple but nice and clean, good internet and a safe for valuables.

The sofas in the common room on the first floor were not comfortable.

No friendly environment, when I reached to the hotel at 10 pm I thought like I went somewhere got no electricity because the staff even don’t turn on the light may be the cost of electricity is high in nepal. Also I request the staff to serve beer in the room they say need to ask manager but the manager is not in the office so they cannot serve so I went to durbarmarg just to get the beer and chicken . I changed the room in one day I suggest you if u earn money by hardwork don’t waste your money the service is poor. May be the hotel even provide proper dresses to the staffs when the staff come to the room for baggage they were in slipper. Sorry boss you have no right to even ask the review.

Service and the management.

old fashion facility. Room furniture and general decor somewhat outdated but charming. Kitchen staff and food menu is very good. Double shots cappuccinos for breakfast are a must. Taxi service to airport is a great deal. the roof terrace is a good place to relax.

The hotel has very little or no amenities It is a barebones sleep hotel.

Nice hotel. Nothing negative at all. It is set off the road. When you leave on foot get a good look at the driveway so you can easily see where to go upon return. The hotel can be seen from the street but is mainly blocked by another building so it is best to get a picture of your driveway landmark.

Large clean rooms, plenty of hot water, a/c and heating, excellent friendly and helpful staff, reasonable walking distance from Thamel, easy to arrange taxis, reasonably quiet location, away from the street noise

Rooms good size, comfy bed, checkout at midday, food at restaurant pretty good.

Nothing much in surrounding area to walk to re shops & restaurants etc

Hotel is clean and rooms were spacious enough. Staff were also very helpful.

There is a dog next door that barks all night. Very hard to get a good nights sleep.

Beautiful hotel! Very nice, cozy, and very clean rooms, tasty breakfast and had very good coffee! The staff was helpful and nice, we truly enjoyed the stay

We only stayed one night but it was very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. They collected us from the airport. (Definitely worth doing) We ended up leaving in a hurry to catch another plane to Chitwan. So we didn’t have long here but we liked it despite that.

Taxi from/to the airport. I also asked to take me to one shop and the driver helped me to find it.

A very beautiful hotel. Nice location. Good views and food on the roof terrace.

They had mostly served breakfast from their ala-carte Menu. It was okay for me as a solo traveler.The location of this hotel is good and this property has a wonderful Roof-top where you can relax a bit after your days work.

I had been in an off season so might not have been too many fellow boarders. But I believe the occupancy is high in season time.

Perfekt Location near Thamel with well designed ac rooms.Perfect service 24/7 with a well cooking Restaurant.Perfect stay, feeling always cosy and very comfortable.

The breakfast ist expandable, with real muesly instead Cornflakes,fruit salad instead papaya only and more (and better) jam or some nougat cream (just as an example for the european guests:-)

I really liked the hotel. The hotel is quite pretty, the rooms are large and spacious. The food is good. Exceptional cleanliness and staff behaviour. They don't force bottled water on the guests. Quite satisfied.

There should be ceiling fans in the rooms.

I liked the location, the rooftop bar, the lobby area and the rooms.

Wonderful staff, gorgeous rooms and excellent location. We booked for after our EBC trek and it was the luxury we needed after a physically challenging trip!

The traditional comfort always went above and beyond to make sure their customers were happy. The place was always clean and tidy and the facilities were comfortable

I understand sometimes this is not the hotel fault and is out of their control, but I found it to be quite loud at times. There seemed to be people alway talking/walking in the halls and don’t get me started about the barking dogs that the neighbours have. They literally barked all night.

The hotel is amazing. The architecture, the rooms, and the staff are great. There is a beautiful rooftop, and the surroundings are nice.

It's a bit far from Tamel if you want to walk, but it's very easy with the local taxi apps available.

The dogs outside were barking all night long..Breakfast could be better and 50% additional charge for „urgent“ laundry - I think 24 hours is not urgent - other hotels do it quicker and don’t charge 50% more. Also water very expensive.
