Our experience with this hotel was excellent even before we arrived. We stayed in touch with the hotel through messages, and Mr. Saroj was very helpful in communicating clearly and patiently with us. He arranged our trekking service in advance at a very affordable rate, which gave us great peace of mind. The trekking itself turned out to be an amazing experience, well organized and smooth from start to finish. Combined with the warm hospitality at the hotel, this made our stay and adventure in Nepal truly memorable.

Truly amazing....Every single person we met was incredibly kind, friendly, and genuinely warm, in a way that you do not often experience while traveling. From the first greeting to the last goodbye, we were treated more like friends than guests. The staff were friendly, asking how our day went, and offering help without being asked. Their sincerity and positive energy made the whole stay feel relaxed and joyful. The hotel itself is comfortable and clean. The wonderful people and their heartfelt hospitality made our stay extra special and memorable.

The property is located in the heart of Thamel, within walking distance of many restaurants and cafés. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and the staff were extremely friendly. A special mention to Anuj, who was very helpful—he even arranged an early check-in when we arrived before the scheduled time.The only drawback is that the hotel does not have a lift, so guests who have difficulty using stairs may want to request a lower-floor room. That said, the staff assisted us with our luggage. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The place was in a good location, walking distance to restaurants, and places. Staff were nice and accommodating. The price was true to the value.

I didn't noticed that they don't have elevator. Coming from a trek and had to climb the stair was not very ideal, but it was my fault haha overall it was a nice place.

The staff and Manager-Mr Saroj in particular were very cooperative and helpful , very forthcoming to requests made and supportive , always smiling and communicative. Queries were addressed immediately.

We being senior citizen, lower floor room allocation would have helped and convinient and secondly when we checked in at 3 pm the room was not ready for occupation and had to wait for 20 mins
