Great location. Friendly Staff. Comfortably and spacious rooms. Rooftop restaurant (delicious food) and a good spa (recommend the Ayurvedic massage).

The traffic is so busy, but the staff helped me with that. The food is so well prepared and described, it was spectacular, wide variety, excellent. The building is tastefully decorated, clean and fresh. Very good stay, staff is exception al!!

The staff is very cordial and cooperative. Food can be better though.Room is extremely comfortable and clean, the location of the property is very convenient.I stayed here for the second time and will like to go back to stay again.

Food is not bad but can be much better.Room service has to be efficient, serving spoons, salt etc should accompany the meal.

Property was good , but it was noisy from the party upper floor and I could not sleep I woke up middle of the night. They should keep them separately, I believe they may have complaints from other floors too.Middle of the night they accommodate me to other room.

Breakfast was very basic but good. Rooms are ok and the location is good.

Wifi did not basically work at all for work purposes. Don't book this hotel if you need wifi for work. Gym is rather poorly equipped. The weight rack did not work properly and so there is only the free weights to work out.At first night I was placed in a room where the previous customers had been smoking and the smell was horrible. All rooms are supposed to be non-smoking but this had not been the case.

Everything was perfect during our stay: from the super friendly and helpful staff to the comfort of the rooms. Location is top notch, and ammenities are great (shout out to the SPA, we had 3 different massages!).

As a point for improvement I would offer different type of dining options (only an Indian and Japanese restaurant are available). Perhaps a wider menu with western offers would also be appreciated. But this is a minor issue, there are plenty of good restaurants nearby.

I always choose this hotel for my stay in Kathmandu. Its location is very convenient, and the staff, from the front desk to the concierge, are extremely helpful. They are available 24/7 for any assistance. Thanks!

Excellent bar on the roof. Everything works and is well maintained (a minor miracle in KTM) Walking distance to Thamel and Lazimpat restaurants. Excellent breakfast, especially the freshly cooked dosa. Lovely staff

The best staff ever hikmat , Santos, and sonkalba and the best egg chief in the restaurant , they have fair nice breakfast but wonderfull service, I recommend any one to try butter ..its super different. Reception they are great , gym isn't so great it needs some care , the roof restaurant is also wonderfull ,hotel is near from everything, it was great stay would love to visit again.

Service and hospitality is very good. Front office team are very nice. OVERALL service is very nice. Swastika and Bijaya from front office is very helpful during checkout time. I WILL RECOMMEND THE HOTEL.

It’s good location where we can go many places easily. And room is clean. Top bar is nice.

The staff were excellent.

The food is not up to par, needs improvement. The french fries tasted like raw potatoes. I ordered from the late night room service menu did not receive my food for over an hour and a half, finally ended up having to cancel the order. The air conditioning/heating in the room did not work.

great hotel, great location, great in-hotel app to order any Room service and Massages. The hotel was very well staffed with very professional people from house keeping to concierge. The rooms are very clean and hotel is fairly new. The view from 5th floor of the Himalayas was stunning and I stayed there for 9 days..

I brought some plastic cups from home and house keeping took them away, they need to be a lil careful about this

I really like the location of the hotel. Also how the rooms are laid out. Everything was so convenient. Also how there are two restaurants one area for breakfast and another for dinner. Just tremendous.

There is nothing we did not like. We have stayed in many hotels that cost more and none of them were as nice in my opinion as this.
