The hotel needs cleanliness and it smelled and the linen were not clean as well. Pillows had stains and burn marks on the floor

The location was great. We stayed here ten years ago and it has not been maintained. The facilities were dirty the room smelled and was dirty. Stains on the sheets.

The hotel is in desperate need of renovations but he staff was amazing and solved every issue with the property!

Wifi did not work, No hot water provision, menu had weird pricing and I was charged more than the written rate

Weak part is cleanliness as I saw lots of coacroches in the room and water in the bathroom was yellowish

This used to be our favorite hotel in Kathmandu - we have stayed there at least 3 times before this one (it did change buildings a few years ago - we have been at both). The location is great, right at the Thamel.,

Unfortunately, the maintenance there is bad. Rooms are very tired, not clean, half the lightbulbs are burnt. The elevator was broken during our stay, as well. Climbing to the 5th floor in the Kathmandu humidity is not recommended!

- The property is definitely not within the standards of a four star establishment - The is a serious issue with unstable electricity which will definitely mess up your devices. The TV on the wall was not working because of the shirt circuit in the room. Once there was an electricity cut because of this.- The place has not been thoroughly cleaned for a very long time. There was dirt on the floor and the ventilation system in the bathroom was not working, so every time you take a shower, the room just steams up.Overall, the place shows a very serious lack of proper management

Not much.

Room wasn't clean. Old stuffs everywhere including quilt, pillows and decoration. If it is a family room why only one cup? Bit strange. I have to ask reception for towels, fix wifi by myself and tv was not working. Called reception to fix tv but no one turned up.

It's a very nice hotel , all the staff are amazing.This is my second time booking this hotel.

Disappointing

I express my disappointment with the experience I had during my recent stay at your hotel. As a paying guest , I expected to receive a certain level of services and unfortunately, my expectations were not met. I would like to bring to your attention the issue I faced during my stay at your hotel. The elevator is not working and is very hard to go by stairs.

It was strategically located in a tourist hotspot called Thamel. Had loads of stores and eatery places downstairs. You can literally walk your way around. Plus the hotel is about 20-25minutes away from the airport.You will see all sorts of local products just below the hotel, souvenir stores, local and international cuisines, stores with local fashion products, groceries and more!

I was sad the spa wasnt operational... but ofcourse this is a covid safety precaution.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staffs were very helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

water is dirty in the bathroom …and lift doesn’t work…. very difficult to reach room by stairs….

Elevator not working throught my staty.aircon was in bad condition.very little cooling.no fans.towels very old.linen very old.imagine me going to 5th floor with my 3 years old son. 3 times a day.
