- The hotel staff are great, both the owner and the young men who work there. They provide breakfast made to order, tea or coffee as well as mineral water refills. The locations is also quite excellent. Close to Thanel but in a more peaceful area
- This place is a sanctuary in Kathmandu. I cannot tell you enough how friendly the staff and family is. We had dinner with the family a couple of time. Beds are comfortable, rooms are clean, public spaces get cleaned everyday. Highly recommend.

- The only issues were a lack of hot water (which was fixed) and the fact that the wifi did not work in the rooms. It worked in the common areas for the most part but this is something that should be improved. Great place otherwise.
- Power cuts, but that is not the their fault, that is the fault of Kathmandu and Nepal in general.
