The breakfast is ok. Close to Chhetrapati.

The room is very very very small, and quite dirty.The mattress should have been replaced a looooong time ago.Don't get fooled by the photos, they are 10 years old. This was actually a decent place at the time, but they just let it fall into pieces while they kept raising the price...For 1500 rupees/night, it's probably the worst deal you can find around Thamel. Avoid absolutely.

Following was happened and observed* Bed covers and sheets are already used * Commode toilets was not functioned properly. It was really disappointed me and frustrated me.* The price was mentioned on booking.com and real amount significantly different.

Value for money and good location

Cockroaches. No toilet paper and never cleaned after I move. Very clean or arrival. Roof terrace sold it for but was full of junk and not pleasant.

The glasses in the room was too dirty ,the cover of pillow was too old even it have hole,the shower was not hot and I couldn't take a shower ,my room in the first night was very dark ,no sun ,nobwindoes to the sun or beautiful place ,but in the second night ,they changed my room and it was good

The location is ok

Worst hotel I've been in my life: my room was really dirty, full of dust and full of cockroaches, not only in the bathroom but everywhere in the room. When I saw the cockroaches were getting inside my bags, I decided to leave as I couldn't stay in such a filthy place. Then only, the guy at the reception offered me another room (even if I had complained about the cockroaches before). The second room was better but still...it's a filthy place. I have travelled all around the world on a small budget and never saw anything like that. There are plenty of other hotels in the same price range in the area so it's not worth the money. The staff wasn't even nice. The old guy was trying hard to sell me his tours and was very pushy and annoying.

Very good service, all stuffs are very friendly, very polite and very helpful. A perfect place to chill and travelling around the city is easy from the location as well.

Not even single thing

No proper management , worst customer service ,untidy room,untidy washroom and the main thing is they try to cheat me ,I booked standard room but they try to put me in small untidy room .

Room was clean; water was hot; breakfast is always good. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Wifi was iffy; up and down constantly; in consistent signal; difficult to do anything that required internet access. Business or personal.

The best value for money private room I found in Thamel in the off season. Good location close to main Thamel streets but still enough distance away to be quiet. Decent sized comfortable bed, good bathroom, shower and toilet. Good wifi. Nice little rooftop area to chill at night. Even had some decent furniture in the room. Clean hotel with friendly staff. Really recommended if you want a good value private room.

In the first room I got the ceiling fan was very noisy so they put me in a new room. Rooms are a little warm, but the fan more than makes up for that.

during Kathmandu I stayed in a family room of this hotel. Room is very nice and comfortable. The staffs are very helpful. Nice Food .15- 20 minute walking distance to Durbar square. Everything is, only one negative thing is that they arrange a taxi for sightseeing but the behaviour of the taxi driver is really harsh/rough

Sound leaking rooms and matress

One of the staff members was very helpful in helping us plan our trek.

Where do we even start... First, no hot showers & no water pressure so I recommend showering beforehand. Second, if you wanna eat poorly made food this is the spot for you. Third, if you wanna be woken up by a party and a drunk man slamming doors... please stay here. We felt unsafe at this location during that night because the "local police" were not able to control this man. The washroom also smelt like dead fish mixed with fresh paint. Can confirm we did not stay here after our trek.

Bed Sheet was dirty and damaged. Available soaps seemed like already used one. Foods were too oily.

Staff was really helpful, good wifi, good price.

It was quite below of my expectations about cleaning however I guess it’s normal for the area. I waited about 2 hours for check-in and they tried to give me budget room even i booked for standard room. They corrected it at the evening. I only find hot water for 1 day at my 4 night stay. I think it’s because they don’t have heater, hot water came from solar panels and get cold about 20.00-21.00 pm.
