- In this hotel only Suit rooms are good, other rooms are very small size and no much facilities in the room. No tall cupboard where we can hang cloths, but only a small one they provide, no place to keep our bags just to keep on the floor.
- There is a restaurant on the top floor and a few bars nearby, so it can get loud at night, especially on weekends. The property has double frame windows, but some muted noise can still be heard. Also, there was a slight tobacco smell in the suite, which was a bit bothersome.
- Electricity goes off at night and they dont switch on the generators until you go down stairs and complain. There was no water on first day of my stay of five days. Rest of the days water came but it was dirty.

Size of the room. Some room equipment were not working properly but the helpful and friendly staff appolise and fixed it asap when told.
Right next to a club which opens until the morning, the problem is that you can hear and feel the bass when you are in bed. The room's were not clean as it should have been.
In a very convenient location, the staff are helpful and friendly, the place is a bit "tired" but the beds are comfortable and the place is remarkably quiet/peaceful considering it's location.
The furniture in the living area could be updated/mote comfortable, the bathrooms could be updated, the lift needs looking into as it's now also used as both a service and access lift for hotel guests, the restaurant on the top floor as well as staff/delivery people.

The night club "Lord of drink" (I think it's called) goes on every night until 4am it seems. We could hear noise/the dull thud of the large music system, but in our room weren't too disturbed by the noise, but maybe other rooms might
