Exceptionally hospitable staff, very caring and courteous, centrally located and yet silent, clean and well appointed rooms, nice view. The rooftop restaurant is superb. Great breakfast. We loved staying in this hotel and will recommend this to all fellow travellers. Great value for money.

Difficult to find anything that was not satisfactory.

This place provided a perfect ending to my over two week visit to Nepal. The staff was super friendly and helpful in making sure my stay was comfortable. The coffee and the food at the restaurant were superb. Their vegetarian tha khali set was honestly the best I had in Nepal!! It is close to Thamel for anything you could need and centrally located to the UNESCO sites. Will definitely be staying here anytime I'm back in Kathmandu!

Its a very comfortable stay with all kind of facilities including the location. The employees are very well behaved with very helpful assistance. They gave us a very warm regards with their polite and nice gestures. Also they provide us airport drop service which we were not aware of and This was really unexpected events and we are truly feel honored. Thanks to hotel management and the staffs. Looking forward to stay here again.

There is nothing to say

Location is good, a quiet area (no dogs barking or street noise). Breakfast buffet was excellent, sad to miss the second day when we left for the airport (although a packed breakfast was provided). Room was clean and bright. We had an excellent reflexology treatment at the spa, highly recommend.

The shower is terrible - water poured out all over the floor because there is no door. We had to get a bunch of towels to sop it up. Really this is the only negative, but it was such an issue that it detracted from our stay. It also took us awhile to figure out the TV, so a guide to using it would be helpful, but that is a minor concern.

Clean convenient quiet comfortable and quiet staff. Highly recommended.

This was probably the best hotel we have ever been to, honestly. The staff is SO helpful, kind, they will do anything to make sure you have a great stay and help you if you have any problems (for example, our flight was cancelled and we immediately got the confirmation that we can stay there again, and even got the upgrade for the same price). We loved staying here and would recommend it to anyone. The location is perfect - in Thamel but in a quiet street, no noise. Everything looks brand new. Everyone who works here is very kind, friendly and helpful. They helped with all my questions and supported me in ongoing journeys. The breakfast was perfect and the view is amazing. Quiet street right next to the busy street. Highly recommend.

The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to many attractions in and around the Thamel area. What stood out the most was the warm hospitality—I was truly treated like family when I was departing for the airport, which made the experience especially memorable.

Even though I made an effort to have all my meals within the facility, I found that the quality and overall dining experience did not quite meet expectations. I truly appreciate the kindness and dedication of the dining and lunch staff — they were warm, attentive, and professional. However, I believe there's an opportunity for the management to enhance the guest experience. Expanding the menu, improving food quality and variety could make a meaningful difference. With a few thoughtful changes, the dining experience could become just as memorable as the rest of the stay.

All excellent! I was given a beautiful room with a view of the mountains and l extended my stay, it was my first time in Kathmandu and l stayed for 4 nights, couldn’t ask for more. I was picked up at the airport. All the staff is so kind. Breakfast is a buffet with different options everyday. Perfectly clean. I had complimentary spa access which was relaxing. The location is more than perfect, in Thamel but in a quiet street, where there is a small grocery, a beauty salon, a good restaurant, a small eatery and a yoga studio and a cafe (All recommended) They even kept my luggage for days free of charge. Thank you so much.

I stayed here with my husband and we couldn't be happier with this hotel! Absolutely luxury and confort! The staff is exceptional and very professional, they help you in anything you need. The breakfast is very good and if you decide to have a meal in their restaurant it's also very good, with a great view over the city! They even have a little sauna and jacuzzi for extra relax and disconnection!! And they provide the transfer service to or from the airport which I also used! I totally recommend this hotel and if I ever come back to Katmandu this is where I want to stay!!
