Hotel Airport Gurkha

The staff was awesome, very supportive, they called and confirmed the timing of arrival. By the time we reach,it was Christmas day and they had done the room decoration accordingly.

As such there is nothing

I stayed in the hotel room and it was a good room but not clean properly, very rude staff from restaurant and I had lunch there I found cockroach ?? in a chicken that's very disappointed and my some stuff are stollen from my room by staff maybe housekeeping staff and thanks to manager Dipesh ji for understanding and help. very bad and disappointed stay was there ?

Room which I have booked that I didn’t get it so that I am little bit unsatisfied however other facilities were very good.

Not going again.

The corridors were dirty, there were noodle wrappers and chocolates wrapper which they didn’t bother to clean till next day too.For breakfast we got 2 toast and butter jam with a glass of juice. Id what kind of breakfast is that.

Breakfast wasn't fresh it was a day old atleast and didn't taste good butter had something that made us sick.

Bed sheets were not fresh it was dirty somewhere and floor were not cleaned properly

The staff were very friendly.. Rooms are network and clean

Property cancel my booking at last minutes when I reach even I reach on time of booking and accommodate on other property.

Worse hospitality I have ever seen.:-(

Comfortable bed and breakfast for one night stay close to TIA airport and Pashupatinath Temple.

TV wasn’t working and minimal options for breakfast.

Disappointing

I didnt liked the room , it was too small for the price and no proper grooming utensils were provided

They are situated near the airport. They got good value for money.

Room size is small but it got good value for money and I like their effort towards sustainability .

Bad

So first of all the accomodations was not goood as it was expensive nothing was comfortable .there was no tower,shampoo,soap,toilet paper .Nothing was there really dissapointed.

The location is great; 5 min walk to Pashupati and 5 min walk to airport. Comfortable bed and hot and cold, ac room. Deluxe room was great.

My feeling is that standard room was small but deluxe room was great. Constuction noise even after 10 Pm. The hotel room are not sound proof. I think that is normal in KTM.
