Great location in thamel, staff were friendly and helpful. Room was old but clean. Highly recommend

Even though the room feels a little old, everything was clean and the furniture was comfortable. The location is very convenient, and the area is quite good. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. Had a pleasant stay!

Very disappointing

We went there previously as well. We found the receptionist very rude and was arguing with us time to time but the room was clean and had a balcony as well. So we went again thinking that the receptionist might just be that way. This time the room was horrible. The mattress was soo bad that multiple springs were already poking us, there were stains on the bedsheet, walls and everywhere. My body started itching after I stayed there. Definitely not going there anymore

Reception staff was really bad...he don't know how to communication with guest.....not good welcome....if that STAFF SAGAR is there in Reception more than 80% guest will cancel for sure with his miss behaviour...request hotel nana to change the staff for the better future

The breakfast was good, location is very good if you want shopping and bars/restaurant.the bed was comfortable, value for money, They respond to your call if u ask immediately.

The flooring could have been better, comfort room is not comfortable, old and dirty looking, no exhaust fan. Noisy room, theres a bar at the rooftop but they could've make the door soundproof so that it limits the noise, i can hear the steps in the stairs,flushing and water usage of toilet of other unit. Didn't give us towels, though we request it. Early morning someone is banging the door looking for toilet, if they have 24hrs security in each floor so that this will be avoided is much better.

The bed linen was clean and the mattress very firm.

broken fittings, bare concrete floor, mothballs placed all around the room and bathroom, (the room reeked of them.) no blanket supplied in December. (I asked for one and still didn't receive one)Very loud music on the roof directly above my room with screaming rowdy 'locals' until past 01h00. (loud music in Thamel is not unusual but I had asked when showed to my room what time the music quietened down and was told midnight.)

It’s pretty decent for this price range with great view, nice ambiance and delicious food.

This was my first time flying to Nepal, I was kind of nervous at first. But HOTEL NANA completely made me feel like at home. I enjoyed my stay there. From the food, location, hospitality to all the staffs, I loved every bit of it. I really recommend this stay for everyone all around the world. You should give this place a try. it is on centre Thamel. Easy to access everything and everywhere. Room has balcony so you can sit and see the out side view.

Affordable price with good location. Service excellent.

Staff were friendly and eager to help always. Room was clean and comfortable . Rooftop bar is also relaxing and nice for drink and dinner.

Customer Service was excellent! Lovely and friendly people were at the reception, they made me feel really comfortable
