Very poor

I was kept awake by guests staying above me, having a very loud party until 4am. I informed the reception several times but they didn't seem to bother. And at 7am construction started next to my window. Just my luck!

Huge room! The staff were also very friendly. The resort is very big so it feels spacious and relaxing. Has in-house spa and international dining options. Great view of Shivapuri

It is spacious , and has a calming feature to it

Everything feels old from the beds , sheets everything, the plugs and lights The curtains feels cheap , not enough amenities and isn’t soundproof so expect to hear a lot of noise if you have noisy neighbors. The food isn’t great at all , and the bar closes early to serve the room . Staffs are okay .

The staff were quite rude I didn’t have Id card of all the people with me I requested them to give the id card after some time as we need to arrange the card although I have 2 of the id they kept me waiting on the lobby and that ruined all my experience

Nice resort. Reception area and restaurant area very good.

No 9 block was far from the reception area and those rooms had damp problem so rooms smelled and some of the rooms were very cold.

To far away from tourist attractions

I stayed at this hotel for one night on 10th July, and my experience was mixed. The location is undoubtedly fabulous, offering easy access to budhaneelkanth Temple. However, the check-in experience was quite disappointing. The staff seemed disinterested and lacked genuine smiles, which significantly impacted the initial impression.Moving on to the dining experience, the food was quit expensive, quality was below expectations, even compared to street food standards. The service was painfully slow, and while the staff was polite, their lack of efficiency was noticeable. It's worth noting that despite the hotel's claims, it falls short of the five-star standard in several aspects.In conclusion, while the hotel's location is a definite plus, the overall experience was marred by poor service, subpar food quality, and a lack of warmth from the staff. There is a clear need for staff orientation and improvement in service standards to match the expectations of a luxury stay

The attendant at the pool seem frustrated and acted rude when asking for towels

The property is huge with ample space for walks and sitting space. Good options for food.

The ground floor suite rooms aren’t fun, I had asked for an upgrade but wasn’t available. The suite rooms could be better, it just feels like a normal room with more space. The food service at the main restaurant is horrible, the wait time is huge. Also the food is okay not that great. Breakfast options are limited and they charge hefty for it.

Well night near by room made the noise and management did not take any action . Its better to put hair dryer in cottage rooms.

WiFi could be a bit faster!

Loved our stay over here great staff great management system, you dont have to call everytime to get something delivered at your door step they have an app and it made everything so easy...

Because i booked from booking they gave me an family appartment room which had a locked door as a barrier inbetween both rooms and there were other guest at the next room which made our stay very uneasy i could here them talk, i could here them watching tv, i could here them do everything. I am very very very disappointed that I didnt got the actual room that i booked from this app which was a cottage room.

The room and surrounding area were awesome with lobby area, study table, dining table, kitchen, chandelier, bathroom with bathtub. The view from window was garden area.

The room i stayed smelled like it had been closed for long time. The sofa, bedsheets and blanket had some kind of old smell. Although most of the room was dust free.
