Closer to the airport and airport shuttle bus provided within the room cost.

I booked the cheapest room of NPR 1758/- but at the time of check out they charged little more than NPR 3000/- . When I asked why the rate difference? They said they put us into a good room. They did not inform us about this change.

The breakfast was okay but not much options tbh.the location was really close to the airport for catching the flights on time.

The laundry service was disaster, I gave my clothes for a wash and they lost my socks.the guy in the reception took no initiative to to apologize but denied that the socks weren’t there when he took out the clothes ,neither did he informed that the laundry doesn’t accept socks for washing.No housekeeping was provided or a courtesy call to asked if we needed something.

Very thin walls- noise from the street but most importantly since 6am from the staff, which is something that can be easily changed.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The food was delicious and the room was adequate. Also the airport taxi shuttle service was very quick.

It was really so disappointing being here.Multimedia was not working. Ask to fix it, but the waiter took it away with a smile, saying it's not working.Even if the shower doesn't have hot water, you need to put the bucket a very long time to get just warm.The room is not even sound prof. You can easily hear lots of loud outside. Even the room got the smell of cigarettes, and it seems the window has not been open for a long time no t any room freshener.Zero value of money. Never suggest anyone to stay there.

Room had strong cigarette smell so it was suffocating. Bathroom had no curtain so it was kind of odd. No hot water. The room had AC but even at 30C, it was not heating the room. Couldn’t use the blanket as it had strong smoke smell.

The hospitality of the hotel owner Bikram was truly amazing. It was the Tihar Festival holiday and I learnt alot about Nepalese things from him and he even presented me a farewell sash!! The Chicken Bryani was the best Bryani I have eaten in my life. The kitchen really whips up amazing food!!

The TV wasnt working during my stay there.

Too much dust on Ac, its hard to sleep at night because of the noise coming from outside.

Rooms are different , what i see and what i get and while bathing , water is totally black like drainage water

My room had everything it needed. It's useful to have a restaurant inside the hotel. They paid my taxi to the airport because their shuttle was late.

There are two staff members that speak very good English but communicating with others is really difficult.

Wifi is soo slow, even the mobile data doesn't work due to location is out of good network service

Midnight service is not satisfactory.. room was not clean, bed sheet and pillow cover was found with stain

The breakfast exceeded my expectations; it was better than I anticipated.The location was more convenient than I thought. It’s close to the airport and easy to find. Additionally, the hotel transportation service was excellent for reaching the hotel.

The internet connection was a bit slow. I think it could use an upgrade.Currency exchange services were needed and would have been very helpful. Adding this service could enhance customer satisfaction and attraction.

Staffs were very helpful, food was nice, location is next to airport and the hotel provides pickup and drop off service.

Cleanliness and interiors can be improved.

Good food, good staff, fairly clean.

Random guys were screaming until midnight and then had loud conversations at 4am. No one did anything.

Property is inside merrow road and rooms are very small size and lack of facilities like air luggage etc.
