They overbooked and denied us booking. They adjusted us to a different sub par hotel.

Ranju was very kind , professional and helpful . Thanks to rest of the team member too.

Little far from downtown

Hospitality was beyond the expection.All the staffs were very polite and helpful.Ambience was cozy and peaceful.Rooms were clean and well maintained with proper required equipments.

I'm amazed with the welcoming service,the staff were so friendly with us . We had Nepali and Indian Thali set that was 10/10 so delicious.Hotel environment is so relaxing and good to stay.location was perfect because it was near to Airport and opposite to pashupatinath temple.❤️We will be back again very soon to stay here?

About the hotel & staff , there was nothing to complain about. But outside the hotel roadway, don't ask to take a cab because they were so rude and took the highest price for the cab . If you want to take a ride in a cab you need to talk at the hotel reception, they guide you the best and provide the cheapest and good cab service ?

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The food was delicious, offering a variety of dishes that catered to different tastes, and quality was consistently impressive. The location was perfect and the staff were attentive, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay.

Our room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. We really enjoyed truly hot shower. The hotel is not far from the airport.

The staff does not speak English too fluently. It is possible to communicate with them, however, sometimes we could not understand each other (we didn't have such problems in other places in Nepal). Before arrival, we ask them via Booking to book an airport transfer: no response. Then, at the hotel, we asked for arranging a tranfer to the aiport; we departed from the hotel 20 minutes later than we asked to.. breakfast was also served with 30 minutes delay (not at 7 as we were told). Finally, we got quite nervous, because we really had to hurry to catch our plane.. And one more tip: the walls are thin, so we could hear our neigbours too well. Fortunately, they fell asleep after 10 pm.

Good location, ease of walking around town and close to the airport. The staff was nice and the food was great.

Hotel room could be more clean - standard was not that high for cleanliness overall. Hotel room food menu needs replacing with new as was clearly a very old and dirty menu. Also the AC remote was dusty and not clean.Shower had cold water only on my visit - could be due to being solar powered water heating facility in Nepal, however the hotel could have a better system so thier guests get hot water on demand all the time so it's a mark down for me. (Note this may occur in many, many hotels in Nepal)Bathroom towels need replacing also or washing better. Hotel seems to have invested in new lighting and electrics but not on the areas that make a difference in terms of comfort for the guests in critical areas - does not make sense to me.

I love staying there because the staff were too friendly I feel like staying at my home they arranged everything that I required

They are about too charge half day payment little more so I don’t like that otherwise everything was good

Ideally situated near the airport. Friendly, welcoming staff. Lovely meal in restaurant. Perfect for our needs. Would recommend.

Close location to Pashupati Nath Temple and Airport.

Early morning breakfast request is served late. However served after several follow up.

It's a nice hotel with a walking distance of Pashupatinath Temple. Hotel staff is very good and cooperative. They did not ask us to pay single rupees before checkout and organize our local visit as well as Pandit Jee for temple.

Although Bathroom is specious and clean but I would suggest them to cover shower area with an enclosure so that it will not wet entire bathroom and room.

Staffs are good, food were good.

We did not take any breakfast as we had gone for Darshan of Lord PashuPati Nath. We normally do not take anything before the darshan is completed.We heard that veg food is normally not available. What is your view whether it is available in hotel or outside or in Nepal. So that we can advice the people accordingly . We wanted to plan for stay for more days but the plan had to be restricted due the reason that veg food good quality is not available. Accordingly the booking had been done.Kindly answer the above so that we can advice thd people accordingly. One more thing , i do not know whether I had paid complete charge of tea to you. If not kindly let me know how to pay. RegardsVirendra Kumar

Some points such as starting of TV, hot water availability food availability, breakfast facilities , veg food etc can be explained by the person who is taking the client to the room. We go there for darshan. There are good chances of cheating by pandit. Direction, advice, help can be given in this regard to reduce the charges by pandits / agents. One should try to break such type of efforts.

Nothing Negative side

Nice and clean place. Front office staffs were amazing. Subash and Sudarshan at Front desk were awesome, ask anything you need...they will do their best to solve it...true gem for the Employer.Breakfast service was little slower but when food came on the table we couldn't complain as food was freshly made and taste was amazing.Recommended for solo or family stay.

Location as well as food was good and tasty.

Charging for water bottles is not appropriated at all.
