The swimming pool, perhaps due to algae growth in the water, appeared green. Access to our room was a challenge, requiring a 5-6 floor climb up the stairs since there was no elevator. Moreover, the price for this facility was high and unworthy.

Convenient, spacious, clean, great staff, nice restaurant with poolside dining.

There was no hot water in the shower in such cold winter it was terrible i wasnt able to take shower and noone fixed that issues

Excellent hotel and excellent value. Great buffet breakfast and dinner. Great facilities like swimming pool, gym, and sauna. Comfortable rooms. Quiet. Wonderful staff.

Pool was super nice, the staff went above and beyond to help me with anything I needed. The bathroom was super clean, and rest of the room was very comfortable and nice

My biggest complaint would be that the breakfast was mostly the same thing everyday, it tasted pretty good but kind of repetitive. I still ate it and enjoyed however so not that big of a deal

I liked the overall vibe of the place.

1. The road to the place is not well-maintained.2. It would be nice if there were a menu in the room.3. I would have preferred it if breakfast were served in the room rather than having to attend the buffet. As an introvert, I have trouble choosing food and eating when others are watching me.

Food is super delicious. Staff are very friendly . great place to stay. One of my favorite hotel. Front desh , room service and housekeeping staff are amazing. It is perfect place for family.

The staffs were very nice and fulfilled all our requests. The place is really nice and has many facilities. In addition, the property is spacious and has a refreshing feel. Will definitely go again!

Everything was Fantastic, Excellent Facilities, very good Food and Most of all Outstanding Hospitality. Very well Trained Professional Staffs, they are very Polite, Respectful, Humble, always willing to Help.

There is Nothing that we didn't like as such but if there was "Lift/ Escalator" in the Hotel then it would be even better.

Prabin pandey was an amazing manager with outstanding staff. He runs a tight ship but a positive one at that. I loved the customer service here.

The hotel itself is big and spacious, and I appreciated how clean it was. The service was commendable, and the swimming pool and gym were nice amenities to have.

One of the downsides was the changing room for the swimming pool, which was wet everywhere and had an unpleasant smell. The towels provided for the swimming pool also had a bad odor, which was quite off-putting. Additionally, the water in the bathroom had a bad odor, making it unappealing to use for washing or brushing teeth.

Shabby furniture Small room Uncomfortable The swimming pool is in the restaurant and you are swimming before eating people. Everybody look at your swimming. It is like you entertainment for the people.

The dinner was outstanding, Bibek did an amazing veg thali, exceeded my expectations, delicious. Breakfast was very good, appreciated the sprouts!

Way too noisy from gym and pool area and nearby construction and planes overhead. Mattress was very hard and you can hear doors.slammong everywhere. Not relaxing. Very helpful staff!

Very nice building and rooms are spacious. Helpful staff. Good selection for breakfast. We just stayed here 1 night because we couldn’t catch the flight to Pokhara. At night there were a live local music at the restaurant.

This was our first visit to Nepal, and we were lucky to find a hotel that we could call our home in Nepal. The hotel staff took exceptional care of us, attending to the needs and doing extra to make us feel comfortable. I would like to specifically thank Prabin, Dolkar, Prashansa, and Pratik from the front office, Alishia and Dawa, who took care of catering, as well as Anjita, who kept out room clean and neat. The entire team whose names are not mentioned here acted professionally and with exceptional care.The area where the hotel is located and its elevation allowed us to breathe fresh air and avoid the high air pollution of the city. We enjoyed the clean pool and beautiful views of the city from our balcony. The quality and diversity of food offered at the hotel's restaurant were beyond our expectations. Using the opportunity, we would like to thank the hotel and its team for exceptional hospitality and care!

Its a very quiet hotel with great rooms and amazing swimming pool

The food. I asked for non spiced food and I could not eat it it was too spiced and they still charged me for it.

On top of a hil peaceful area . Can see the view of the city . Spacious compound parking available
