Pros +
- Helpful staff, nice location with view of temple
- It was very good location with walking distance of 2 or 3minutes of Pashupati Temple and car dropping in front of hotel door.Over all staffs and manager with owner behaviour is very amiable and hospitality is really praisible whenever we would need anything they provided.
- Nothing at all.
Cons -
- We liked every thing
- I was not too fond of things there. the staff were so passive. There was no proper hygiene in the room, and basic room necessities were not fulfilled. The staff didn't ask us if we needed anything. The lift was stinking. there were cockroaches in the room.
- There was a little issue with maintenance of electrical fittings.
