Friendly helpful staff, was given one of the best rooms, swimming pool

Location is good, food is ok Breakfast is exceptional

The whole hotel need a upgrade it was beautiful 30 yrs ago but now need some TLC

Fotos on Website are not realistic. Building and rooms are very old. Hotel should be renovated. Too expensive.Loud nightclub.

The hotel was in a great position for us. We stayed for 1 night in October 2023 as it was a 3 minute walk to the hotel used by a UK company we'd booked a trek though. The Hotel Woodland was a third of the price though and equally comfortable. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. The swimming pool and immediate surroundings looked lovely although we didn't use it.

Worn carpet and a rusty window blind we’re examples of deferred maintenance and a hotel that could use a refreshing.

The room is bigger and the Location is good.

This hotel is not a 4-star Hotel at All. its grade can be 2 stars. this is more than 50 years old, and not well repaired and maintained. if you grade this as 4 stars that will be a cheating with the Booking.com clients. even in the room with no tissue box provided. All furniture & Corridors carpet is old and not of 4 Star Hotel standard at all.

They shown on image that they have bath tab room but when we reach at the room their are no bath tub are available,they are saying we removed all bath tub then they saying we have only 2 room thoes are already accupied, this things are very embarrassing

Everything was very old, doors are easy to unlock from outside and go in the room. Doors does not close very well.Very loud in the hotel. You can feel the bass from the Disco in the same buildingNo Safe.TV was not working.Strange bugs in the room.

Everything is great value for money here: room, pool, breakfast, location - the building might be a bit old, but it's comfortable and the staff is VERY friendly and helpful. BUT.

On the fourth floor in the same building is a nightclub. And as long as it's open, it's impossible to sleep. Not a little loud: you litterally feel the beat moving the walls and windows. Staff gave me another room (at 02.00 in the morning) on the second floor (I was on the third), which was better.

a 4 story hotel with a dancing lounge on the fourth flour and most rooms, including mine on the third.

This hotel is located in Durbarmarga which is prime Location of Kathamandu city, perfect buffet breakfast, enough verity. Healthy and delicious food. Nice rooms, big enough. Pool side is relaxing and clean.

Hotel Woodland is in the best location of Kathmandu, Durbarmarga is top place, the heart of Kathmandu city. Room is very nice, breakfast was buffet and very fresh, hygiene and enough verity. Staffs are very helpful and polite. I will stay in this place again when I visit back to Kathmandu.

Every thing was good, Staffs are very welcoming and the swimming pool area is nice and relaxing, you can stay and do your work all day. The menu price was not expensive compare to next doors in this area.
