The breakfast was amazing. We got a good value of money. One of the nicest hotel with so many facilities at a reasonable price. The location is also accessible and address is correct in Google map.

Great value for money! The staff was friendly, the place was clean, the breakfast was good, and the location is convenient. The WiFi on lower floors was fast and stable.

The WiFi on the top floor was a bit unreliable, and there’s no elevator, so higher floors (6 floors) might be a challenge for some guests.

Staff Ambience, Location.

Since it was off season, the room booked with complementary brakefast and dinner, but they failed to provide quality food. Foods were just managed. Especially dinner. Additionally i had to pay for dinner.

I liked its location - on the edge of Thamel not far from a main road. Everything in the room worked as it should have. There was a very small balcony. I had stayed there before an it remained in line with previous expectations.The bed was comfortable and I could leave my things there while I went trekking.

Insistence on a 12.00 check out when they were not busy. They did look after my bags but I had a long day without a room or place to rest.

The staff was nice, they made sure everything was okay and gave me some tips around the area. They were really professional and extremely nice to me!The room was pleasant, the bed was relaxing, and there is a small rooftop where you can chill at night (though Kathmandu is really dusty so it might bother some people).

Nothing much, there wasn't hot water though, besides that all was good.

Location was in Thamel which was the center of the city. All attraction was closed by. Taxis were easily available. Luxury Tourist coach to Pokhara was 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

The hotel had a cheap look and the approach to the hotel was narrow, clumsy and dusty. The hotel had no lift and my room was at the 2nd floor. I booked the room with breakfast and dinner. The Breakfast was very basic and the dinner was limited to Nepali veg thali with very basic food.

Room has balcony. Nice toilet.

There was no lift facility. TV screen was small in size. Buffet breakfast was not up to the mark.

Very good location, staffs are very nice and helpfull, room is nice and clean, can commute easy, everything is just in a walking distance. Staff were so nice that they make breakfast for us at 6.00am.

This property doesn't have any lift, i have to downgrade my room, its not recommended for senior citizen, sick or the people with kids. Bathroom light should be change, its nearly dark and visibility is very low.

Rooms are just ok.

No lift. Too many stairs for 4th floor rooms. Breakfast also is not elaborate. Finding hotel is difficult too in Thamel area. Nearby a shabby night club often creates noise, fighting and police presence till 4 o'clock.

Pickup and drop off at the airport with flower garments and shawl.Hotel is located in thamel just a stones throw away from a busy shopping street with good restaurants and trinket shops.The staff are resourceful and flexible and can plan and arrange excursions.All in all good people + friendly staff

The hotel is right in the middle of Thamel. The showers are fine and the bed is quite comfortable. The staff is ok.

The wifi does not work well. Some rooms face the street and make it impossible to get to sleep before 5 a.m. (unless you can handle the noise). The bedsheets do not seem very clean. I guess if you are in Thamel to party, it is the perfect place to stay. Aside from that they suddenly charged us more for the laundry without telling us in advance. The explanation for this was lacking.

Friendliness of the staff, location, comfort...

The difficulties about payment that i already mentionned. They have been solved easily...

First room given facing a building without real balcony and noisy. But it has been solved by changing room.Financially, my Visa card from Booking.com was charged of the full amount without informing me.When i offered to pay later, they said casually that it was done. I got very angry, as this card is just a security for the hotel. I planned to pay with my Nepali visa. All this has been sorted with the accountancy who apologized for their mistake, appearently not aware.I still will go again to meet the friendly staff!?

The location of the hotel is fantastic, you can move around Thamel very easily. All the food options (local, Japanese, western, Chinese etc.). For this stay, I booked for an apartment, however, there was some issue with the water leakage to the room. Therefore, we had to go for another room (not apartment) but the hotel staff were absolutely amazing in taking care of our needs. Also, there was some problem with the water heating, but they shifted our room to provide with the best service (thanks to Dilip who was taking care of the room service). Special thanks to Nick (our contact person for the booking at Alpine Hotel) who helped with booking the tourist bus tickets to travel around and also, rental car. Most importantly, Nick helped with booking the RT-PCR test before leaving. Will come back for the staffs and their helpfulness.

The rooms are old, so they need maintenance. It is understandable that during the Covid-19 period, they are going through a difficult time. I believe the situation will improve and the rooms will be better taken care of. But the deficiencies were well taken care of by the awesome staff at this Hotel.
