Worth for money, taxi airport service free of charge. Excellent.

It was close to the airport, which made it convenient, and the people were very friendly and helpful. Great food in the restaurant. Best mango, lassi ever!

My room had moth balls in it when I arrived. I don’t know why. Moths?

Close to airport and very clean and value for money

The place is really affordable compared to other hotel near the airport and the value of money is very good and it is also cleaned but unfortunately the staff was really disappointing. None of the people working there was able to speak a basic English and communication has been really difficult for the entire stay. From an hotel by the airport I sincerely expect at least a basic english language training for the staff. Due to this inconvenience we ended up pay the accommodation differently and instead of dollars we paid rupees also understand the breakfast deal included in the booking has been a nightmare. Apologies for pointing this up but it has been really annoying. To concluded the room was almost in the basement so it was really humid and the smell from the toilet was really strong. Please, try to fix this issues.

Good location across the road from the airport

My room was close to another building with bright strip lights hanging down from the roof, so even with my curtains closed the room was a little bright for sleeping. Also there was only very Luke warm water for my morning shower

It is just right in front of the hotel and there are a lot restaurants to eat. We just stayed there since we cannot go to the other location.

The carpet smelled a little.

Place is near to Tribhuvan airport

Towels were dirty & smelly. No tea coffe pouch provided except first day.

my booking.com genius level is 3 so I got a discount. the reception staff argued with me about the discount price that I receive from booking.com He even said that I probably put in a price, which is ridiculous. he went to talk to the owner and reluctantly charged me the correct discounted price and said it’s only for this time ! they don’t know how the pricing in booking.com works! i like this hotel stay here whenever I am flying out or in. this time, the staff left a bad taste.

cleaning of the bathroom was bad ( garbage & hairs was found ) room had bad smell too . Spoken to receptionist and he managed to refresh the room , Key card was not working so each to had to call someone to open .

some of the staff are good! They are very polite and respectful, However, it doesn't satisfy when the property itself is bad! Only thing I would say good is to the staff working there not the property itself.

It was a horrible experience staying in this hotel. I would never recommend anyone to be on this Property. The Rooms are like a bomb shelter (underground) which means you won't have outside visibility, Rooms are full of mosquitoes. TV not working, Room Lock is not working, every time you go out, You will have to call reception to unlock the door. on top of all that, It was very expensive. I hope you read this comment before you book (decide to stay in this hotel)

The Hotel was in perfect location for us, having a night flight they also offered us free airport shuttle. Rooms in general was quite small and having many luggage didn’t help. Overall everything was good.

There is nothing good to share about this property .obviously not recommending to anyone. It doesn’t worth nearly $50 for such low grade facility & service.

Room is full of mosquito,bad smell. Resturant service is the worst one. They took nearly 2.5hrs to serve the dinner,very insane.

Its New property, huge comfortable bathroom , near by airport and they have pick up & drop facility ,, definitely coming back ??????

They should review linens conditions it’s almost Warn-out time to change ,
