- Fourth time here, still very good food in the restaurant (breakfast and dinner), staff very helpful, room was clean, there is shopping only two minutes away and a major bus station across the street. The price for a night is so reasonable. My favorite place to stay in Kathmandu. Too bad it is not closer to the airport.

- One thing bothers me: the air conditioner drains into the bathroom and falls on the floor. So the floor gets wet when the AC runs. This is my only complaint about this hotel and the wifi could be better. But a Nepali SIM card gets you good wifi so I use that.
- Nothing to change this time except had difficulty getting hot water for shower. But I didn't ask for help.
- On arrival, reception don't know about booking and was near to getting back from place. Inside room are more visible from outside (lack of privacy).

New hotel with staff desiring to please. Good food with open concept kitchen framed by glass. Rooms are very comfortable but with unheated showers. Good AC in my room. Good location as long as your room is not facing the street due to the noise. Rooms in the back are very quiet. Taxis constantly parked right in front of the hotel. Main bus lines for all of Nepal in walking distance. Food from restaurant was very well done and reasonably priced. We ate Nepali breakfast daily and it was very good. I asked for a chair in my room and they accommodated my request.
The staff do not all speak English so Google translate can be needed. But they do desire to help and please which makes the language challenge okay.
