There is an older part to the building where the rooms have carpet and therefore not allergy friendly. The newer add-on doesn't have carpet I believe

I mean the hotel is old. But you know that this is the case when you look at the price.

Comfortable room, good selection at breakfast and provided a safe space to lock away bikes nearby which was appreciated.

Breakfast start times were not clear Some of the rooms were a little tired but were still clean

This is a really nice family run hotel. Our room was very pleasant, perfectly clean with two comfortable beds. It wasn't huge but neither was it poky - you have to remember these are European hotels. The bathroom was faultless - clean & lots of snow white towels, soap & shampoo- lovely hot shower too.The staff were very friendly & helpful & the breakfast for an additional €15 per person was excellent both in quality, variety & value for money. The hotel is only a ten minute walk from Blankenberge railway station providing excellent connection for Eurostar at Brussels midi. Additionally the hotel is only 5 minutes walk from Blankenberge sea front & beach which is a beautiful beach with great & fun places to eat, drink & relax.I'd recommend this lovely hotel & give it 10/10 across the board.

Very small and economic hotel, no reception service during the night.

Close to the beach and the city center. We walked everywhere. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast was worth the money.

Room cleanliness was a bit shy from what you might expect from a 3-star hotel. I might have missed some text, but the hammen (sauna type thing) is an additional cost.

Friendly lady that works at reception.We told her that we want to explore Brugge later the day, she helped us plan and gave us good tips.

Everything was great no complaints.

if not for the two spiders, it would have a been a very nice stay

There were two big spiders in our room on the first night which basically disappointed us and made our first night sleepless because of fear that more are there in the room.

The location was great, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room service was good but always ask for a fresh bottle of water if you run out of it.

nothing special. But the time of check-in and check-out is not good enough. And it feels a little unsafe to keep guests' luggage in the open. It is better to have a safe area to store the belongings of guests who arrive early and this area is accessible only to employees.
