Hotel Corner House by WP Hotels

Very friendly staff at the reception desk and clean room, well situated5min from the railway station and 2 min to the beach. Close to shops. I will come back

Good size room with clean and tidy bathroom. The location was good. Breakfast at the Hotel Azare was excellent. The staff at the Corner House restaurant provided an excellent evening meal at a very reasonable price.

Two twin size duvets on a double bed does not work for me. I would have expected a kettle and cups, we would have provided our own coffee and cream. It is expected in 3 star accommodation in the UK.

the location does not make it possible to park or even drop off luggage the lift is out dated one several occasions it got stuck and i had to press another floor to get it moving again the corridor was thin (less than a meter wide also the sets was so thin it became unsafe i don't know how it passed health and safety, plus the lighting to my room in the corridor was away from the step why did it not have an auto light like the rest of the corridors there was not even a coffee facilities

i would prefer not to say as i did not feel it was the standard of a 3 star i have stay in much better quality 3 star

There is not parking nearby, there is not people at the reception, I had to go to another hotel to pick up the room keys and the lady in this other place was not friendly. In front of the hotel there’s a night club so you can hear people fighting, partying all night long. The only elevator is very old and scary

Maybe bit on a high price for the size of room but we went in high season…

Close to the beach, we could use the wellness in the other hotel, the receptionist (Hilde) was verry friendly.

No airco, but it’s Belgium, so it’s ok.

Disappointing

we stayed in a two bed room, but the single beds were not wide enough for a good sleep. It was a very noisy neighbourhood during evening and night. Only two power outlets in the room.

I love how comfy the room is. It has a lift and just in the right spot. Beachfront and the place we visited was just close to the hotel.

No commodities in the room, no fridge, so you can not drink a fresh waterNo tablets and hooks in the badroom, no posibilities to hang your clothes

Room was not renovated recently, opposed to what was described by the hotel.

Middle of the city and close to the beach. Fantastic surroundings. All the shops are reachable within 3-4 minutes. We enjoyed our stay so well, wish the hotel keep up to the same standards in the future!

No towel hanger in the bathroom. Very badly soundproofed. You can hear the neighbouring rooms so well and clear.

Location of the hotel is good.
