It was a good value. Check in was smooth.

Our room has bugs. There was previous or current water damage in the bathroom. It looked like it had been painted over. You can still see visible damage.

Great place to sleep and good breakfast, huge playhall with bar

I expect French kitchen, with at least some paté and better wine. The food was ok, but seemed to pre processed to be in France

The bed was super comfortable. Everything was very clean. They had YouTube on the TV! Their Booking.com description doesn't mention a coffee maker or a refrigerator, but our room had both. I loved the quiet area. Easy to find. Good parking. Great outdoor spot for the dog. We really liked it there!!

We missed having a small table, and the toilet took forever to fill the tank again after flushing. It probably just needs a water nozzle to be cleared.Also.... and this was weird. There was a knock on the door in the evening. We called out, "Just a minute please" because we wanted to pick our little dog up, who was barking, but before we could even answer the door, a hotel worker unlocked it and started to come in! All she wanted was to replace the little mat under the coffee maker with a different one, but it was strange.

Location in the middle of nowhere.Nice hotel but food in restaurant was mediocre.Close to main road so perfect for overnight travellers and those working in Luxembourg

Staff is friendly, professional, and helpful. Room was very clean, spacious, and comfy. Food is fantastic and price is more than affordable.

The hotel is in a convenient location, good value and the staff are friendly and helpful. This is our go to stop over when travelling to family in Germany.

Cold room, a/c was not effective and no radiator in bathroom either.

The location is convenient, rooms are clean and large.

I found breakfast to be of low quality. Fridge stuff had a similar smell and taste...On top of all I found a plastic black cap 1 cm diameter in my cereal...mixed with raisins...

The hotel was comfortable and spacious. We were given an excellent room on the ground floor with easy access to the entrance. This was a great position for taking our dog in and out of the hotel. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed a good breakfast. The hotel is well located for an overnight stop with easy access to the motorway.

Ventilation facility

We had to leave very early on day of departure, so they made it possible to get breakfast earlier. If it was not for the smell, the room and bathroom were spacious and clean.

There was a very bad (sewer) smell in the room, and also in the hallway (so presumably in all rooms). We reported it, and nothing was done about it, or they also did not give an explanation. So, unless they fix their plumbing problem I would not recommend.

Clean, efficient, comfortable.

I had to check out early, the receptionist assured me Bookings would be notified and I would get a refund for the remaining nights as stated in the booking. Nothing of that happened. I’m now trying to fix this issue on my own and neither Bookings nor the hotel seem to care.

First visit to ibis Styles Arlon Porte du Luxembourg, which was easy to find and very comfortable. Comfortable accommodation and very pleasant staff, with a super breakfast and restaurant

Reception staff was great, room was fine

The restaurant was not what you would expect - we waited over an hour for a portion of salmon and a portion of ribs in the evening and the basket with bread and butter had a large dead fly on the bottom. In the morning, the plates on the buffet were not washed properly - food was dried out on most of them. Also the staff wasn't very polite.

Location a bit isolated

The evening meal, although payable separately was very good. The rooms were very good and the hotel itself was very stylish.

I liked the idea of leaving a glass bottle to refill at the dispenser, so to avoid plastic waste, but the dispenser ran out. It was also very warm upstairs in the hotel compared with the ground floor, so I assume this would be why everybody was using the water.
